Man Ashton I wish you were in Houston, Tx. I would love to ride with you. Been following your videos for awhile now. I just picked my 2024 Raptor today. Things a beast. Ride safe bro.
I agree. I have a 4-stroke. I had a Polaris 250 2-stroke it was a pain to start now I have a worrior 350 it’s awesome I just rebuilt it. It’s my profile pic
@@cianboyle2312 rode a warrior for the first time a few weeks ago and it was enjoyable. Only think I didn’t like was the shifter linkage was hard to get my boot under due to the way it’s connected to the motor indirectly
Finnaly been waiting for another video of u sending the raptor also for the raptor I wounder if ur plugs or injector or fuel pump is going bad it seems to bog rly bad just a tip not a professional but I’ve rebuilt 2 motors idk just trying to help
@@ashtonc05 ya I’m not perfect with my assumptions but ya that sounds about right I’m assuming sense that senser was bad it was messing up or restricting that air flow when on the throttle but ya hopefully that’s it can’t wait to here it in the next video all tuned up
i want a raptor so bad i have a yfz and it’s a pain to wheelie that thing. I’m working on my shifting mid wheelies so i have to start the wheelie in second and it’s a struggle to keep it up on that thing.
You need more power on your YFZ if you're having trouble wheelieing. I just have a pipe and sometimes it's hard to keep the front end down, and like my username says, I'm skinny as hell and don't have a ton of weight to move the machine around.
@@sbz666_ yeah your right. i only have a pipe and the carb tuned. but the guy before me put on some big ass tires on the rear which makes the rear end stick up really high so that probably doesn’t help. but i’m trying to wheelie like he does, he starts in 2nd or 3rd and shifts up and that’s what i’m trying to do.
@@premium1188 Rear tires should be 20" or 21" at the most if you're in the desert and need clearance. And don't be afraid to ride the clutch for extra low end power, that's what it's there for. You should easily be able to hit a wheelie in 3rd, that gear has a great power ratio on the YFZ's.
17:16 damnnn😮 thats clean 👌,just love the snappy sound of the raptor to
That RP pipe screams
Man that raptor is FAST you said it’s not running right but I can’t tell🔥🔥🔥

Love 2 strokes but not sure I’d ever want one as my main trail machine. Excited to see what he does with that thing!

Get that 250r a 87+ swingarm it’s way stronger and better. The 85/86 ones break very easily.
ya they are a weak link I went with a LSR years ago its heavier but strong
Didn't Pete Hager have the same problem with his Raptor? Turned out to be the TPS I think.
