1.) maybe the guards arent getting paid enough so they just teamed up with the prisoners or somthing;-; 2.) maybe they knew something bad will happen like there is blood all over yk but no boddies 3.) maybe like the criminal boss or like some criminals that hasnt been cought came there to save the prisoners and like they bribed the guards or something Idk these are my theories
