I know you didn't ask me, but the harsh vocal style she employs here is called a fry scream. There's a channel called VoiceHacks that provides a wealth of knowledge on a wide variety of vocal styles, including several types of harsh vocals. I've successfully learned and practiced the fry scream based on her tutorials for over a year without damaging my voice. It takes an enormous amount of time and patience to learn, and so much longer before you begin to like what you hear. Hope this helps 🙂
