- Animated video on Confocal Microscopy.
The confocal microscope is a modified fluorescence microscope, that uses LASER insted of mercury arch lamp.Confocal microscopy also termed as confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), is an optical imaging technique for increasing optical resolution and contrast of a micrograph by means of using a spatial pinhole to block out-of-focus light in image formation.Confocal microscopy is widely used for optical sectioning and reconstruction of 3D image of specimen.
Im here once again to save my semester paper. I think its been 1 year and 4 semesters that ive been coming to your channel to save my grades. I owee u my degree more than my proffs seriously.
0:45 At first I didn't understand you here, but then I gave you a chance and later understood the concept.Thank you for making this video coz it's user friendly especially to us who are learning things in our own even before the lecturer teaches us
I like how this is to the point, and how friendly your voice is. Thank you - this really helped me in homework.
Jesus loves YOU
I always forget to look at youtube videos for additional help with material I need a little more explanation with. This was extremely helpful, I'm sure I'll be back on this channel in the future! Thank you much.
Me too
Wow this is the best explanation I have seen on RUclips for CLSM. Thank you!
Good video. But I want to point out something: we are NOT comparing fluorescence microscope versus confocal microscope; rather, we are comparing widefield microscope versus confocal microscope (or, if you want to add the fluorescence detection, then we are comparing widefield fluorescence microscope versus confocal fluorescence microscope).
Thanks for helping me study for micro!
Astounding.....
What I learned in 3 minutes was heavy on the lecture of our teacher given in 1hour
Image is taken by digital camera with pin hole
You need to retitle this as a LSM confocal. There exists spinning disk confocals which are very different.
Brilliantly explained...thank u...
Hey this video has a really great vibe and it is also very informative. Thank you very much:)
Thanks a lot for your great explanation. You explained even better than books.
thank you for making this
Thanks for the amazing video. What is the focal plane in simple terms?
Very good explanation in very short time👍👍👌👌
Thank you for your effort and explanation but I would prefer to watch it without music on backround.
Brilliant explanation!
Thank you for your video! made it very easy to understand
Nicely explained❤
Very good video!
I really needed this! Thanks 💐
very informative video in very short time
thank you for explanation. although there is no need for music
the music is the icing on the cake, it's a perfect video
you did not just casually explain all that so nicely
I enjoy your lecture JzakAllah ❤️
Please upload video how this microscopy used in ferroelectric thin films
Laser light instead of mercury arc lamp
very good explanation
Very well explained. Thanks.
Very clear and understandable.. Thank you
BGM is dominating ur voice
very nicely explained.
Thanks so much for the video
1:02 light paths in figure seem incorrect
Mercury ARC lamp if you please
Just FYI, microscopy is pronounced my-KRAHS-kop-ee ... it's four syllables, with the stress on the second syllable.
