Background: Echo Bridge Entertainment is an American independent distribution company, formed on February 11, 2004 by Lucie Salhany, Michael Rosenblatt, Michael Alexander and Doug Hamilton. On February 7, 2005, Echo Bridge merged with Platinum Disc Corporation to form Echo Bridge Home Entertainment. They are one of the largest video distributors in the United States, with over 11,000 titles in their portfolio. In 2017, producer Steven Paul (who also founded Crystal Sky Pictures) purchased Echo Bridge Home Entertainment. Around the same time (possibly around 2016), its name was changed to Echo Bridge Acquisition Corp LLC.
