Why so many fail Special Forces Selection.

What is the attrition rate on Selection and why the majority don't make it to the halfway mark of the course. We discuss why it's important to manage your perception of your preparedness. We highlight that candidates are preparing for an event which is unlike anything most people will ever experience in their lives. Most people will never understand how difficult it is because most have never really experienced 'hard'. So the level of preparation must be commensurate with the level of difficulty and intensity of the course.

Wait when you say 100k a week and 60k running, are you saying that you should be averaging 160km per week in pack marching and running?
