Weak K series trans.. that thing always has to be built strong to handle any upgrades the engine has.. thats the only real negative about going K. With B series they are bullet proof up to 500whp 600 whp.
How did bake it on street small pull but didn’t on the track 280hp strong I have 02-04 main shaft with 2 gear ⚙️
It’s all luck with our transmissions so last forever some blows with some abuse
It’s due to wheel hop, wheel hop causes too much shock to the gears and that’s when they brake. At the track there’s no wheel hop, just tire spin
