Simson Mopet Meeting 2023

On 30.09.2023 the end of the season, the so-called "abgrillen", took place in Bautzen at AKF. Fans of the various Simson makes came together for the event. It was a feast for the eyes to walk across the square, there was something new to discover on every lap. Whether original with patina or strikingly painted. A lot of money and even more work has gone into many of these machines. You are also amazed at the creativity that some of these works of art display. Be it through optical tuning ala Show & Shine or the conversion for the drag race. In any case, there was plenty to marvel at here and there were plenty of opportunities to talk shop or discuss upcoming projects in advance. In any case, AKF once again offered a great day to bring the Simson community together.
I'm curious to see what some of the mechanics will be up to over the winter and I'll be surprised at the AKF barbecue in 2024.
