To keep it simple, in the story Baptiste is in a ship with Pharah and Bap asks if her and Cassidy are a thing because of how well they get along. Pharah says no (and tells him she’s a lesbian) and says “Sorry to disappoint” (implying that she thought Bap had a thing for her), but Baptiste basically shut downs that claim and Pharah realizes that he was mainly asking that because he’s interested in Cassidy. He doesn’t outright say he has a crush on him, but it’s definitely implied and even the comic includes the color of the Bisexual flag, which helps back it up.
(He also states about Cassidy that he has a charm to him and likes a person who is sure of themself.)
