Every year I start one of these and then abandon it 3 days later. I love yours! So beautiful but also cozy and fun.
It's definitely a habit I had to build. It took me a few years of trial and error before it stuck.
For days you don't feel right but no one category fits it, maybe you can make a category called "Malaise not otherwise specified"?

I'm attempting to go into the 2025 journal with either a 1-5 or 1-10 rating for how that day is vs actual symptoms. Or maybe leave space for symptoms or something?
Oh gosh. A list of books I've purchased? That would be an interesting thing to track...
It was eye-opening seeing it written out! Definitely made me want to work on buying less this year.
I love so many of the notebook therapy dot journals but they always seem to be out of stock! When do they restock!?
Get on their email list! They announce restocks periodically, so you just have to keep an eye out.
Thats amazing. Do you hand draw all the graphs and checkboxes? I love it but mine would be so messy if i did one
I do! I use a ruler to make all the lines straight because I cannot manage a straight line on my own.
I use "blah" for those not bad but not alright days. I dont feel bad but i dont feel great and I'd like to be a puddle not responsible for anything. 😅
I like that - I ended up going with generally unwell, that felt like it covered a lot of things that are hard to categorize.
