Haven't arm wrestled since high school. I was small but have catchers mitts as hands so beat everyone I went against. I would love to get back in to it.

Arm wrestling is not something average joes train for. Hammer curls may help a little, but arm wrestling has these workouts not incorporated in everyday workouts.

I was waiting for some arm snaps and shoulder pops. Its very dangerous to do arm wrestling with noobies. Accidents are always present.

He has a major advantage: he’s very tall with long arms. Longer arms give him more leverage to defeat them.
