  • Black Sesame Loaf Bread
    I really love this salty and savory toast recently. I make it again and again, but I can't eat enough. As a heavy lover of black sesame, I like everything about black sesame. Putting it in bread is naturally very harmonious. I am tired of eating sweet toast, and changing to salty one is so fragrant that it bursts. The bread is incomparably elastic, soft and chewy. The whole family is well-received by young and old, and the elders also like it very much. After all, it is a toast for health care. Who doesn't love it.
    Material / Ingredients:
    High-gluten flour ( bread flour ) ………………500g
    Milk ( milk )…………………… 125g
    Egg (egg) ................................................55g
    iced water.................................170g
    Sugar .................................................40g
    Yeast (yeast)……………………..5g
    Salt (salt)…………………………………9g
    Butter ...............................................50g
    Black sesame seeds.......50g
    Bake at 365°F (185°C) for 38 minutes.

      无盐的,你也可以用有盐黄油,只是需要按比例减少面团中的盐。

    如果沒有厨師機 用手揉麵團可以嗎?材料份量會有不同嗎?

      可以手揉,配方一样,夏天要注意控制面温,揉好的面团不要超过28摄氏度
