Exactly a year ago i stayed in this hotel. I was disappointed. Not a big variety at their buffet. Room furnishing was dilapidated. Too much walking... First, into busy Abraj Mall, then waiting for lift, out of that lift into hotel for another lift. Lots of walking before reaching room. Reception service very slow, and not friendly staff.

Only best part is the watermelon , the bakery section is image but no substance. I think it’s really over priced and not value for money 👎
Is it a good hotel?
Juices are all concentrated not freshly squeezed and food looks good lack’s any flavour. There’s no pepper lol
