- Mason Ho takes out his 7ft. 6in. surfboard at fun size Rocky Point. His usual surfboard is around 5ft. 8in. So this board is almost 2ft. bigger than normal.

I truly understand now that it's not about the size of the board but the skill of the rider. I didn't even know 7'6 surfboard could shred like that...
Whenever I see videos of people charging with 7'0-7'6, there mostly using them to make barrels and then kicking out, with zero shreddinggg...
You're the first person I've seen actually straight "body slamming" WAVES on a 7'6...
All due respect to surf pioneers and O.G old-school surf guys, but when I watch the old school videos, they are flowy style shredding type surfing but still OG none the less...
I thought my 7'6 was going to be slow and boring and have been a little apprehensive to ride it. I know I am wrong thinking like that now...

I own a Channel Island Chanco 7'6 x 22 x 2 7/8 x 56L and now know because of this video it's not only a cruise size board but an oversized ocean fighter jet waiting to drop bombs and do Top Gun Tom Cruise movie, Tower "Fly By's all over the wave.
Thanks for always sharing your board sizes, so we can learn how different size boards ride in those beautiful Hawaiian WAVES...

Watching Mas ride this is like he’s on a true 9’ gun, standing on the tail and making these long slicing turns, then the next ya know he’s pulling off air tricks! Truly amazing. You ride both like you were handcuffed, but still shredding! Again, watching you go from a 5’ then going to a 7’6” is truly poetry in motion. Rip on, Family Ho !!!
Its like a longboarder switching to single fin... so much flow and so smooth with the extra foam! A blast from the past, for sure!

Looks like a perfect Sunset or Pipe board. But I'd push a 7'6" at Blacks or any larger/heavier reef or beachbreak, too... Maybe with a little more volume than Mason's, however.

how measures show in firs seconds, I cant check, wax cover same numbers, in need shape similar board to north shore chileand country, aloha and mahalo for share surf and surf and boards sizes is great original and help people to try
