Answer is really simply, You just need to look on sales of mini phones. According to Apple only 5% users decide to buy iPhone 13 mini (from all 13 devices), so if sales is so low that's mean that most of users want have larger phones. :/

If the phone body dimensions wind up being the same as the SE 3, I might be interested a couple of years from now when the price has fallen about 50% on the used market. But any bigger...no. Maybe a little thicker to accommodate a larger battery would be okay. And I HATE that silly home button on the SE 3, but the LCD screen and screen size is fine for me. But features? Who wants or needs all that stuff? I had to go through and check off/disable 90% of all that bloat. I want a SMALL phone like the SE 3, which is the perfect size for me, with an excellent-quality camera for stills and video. But 48(!) megapixels? Talk about overkill. Where do you go from there? I'm sure that Apple will figure out where. 8k? Yeah, it's coming. There's a reason why this is the world's best-selling phone: price, size, and enough (too many, in fact) features. These are phones for people who have a life and things to occupy their time, and don't go around for hours every day with their faces stuck to a frickin' phone as big as an iPad. Sad, that. But just getting rid of that goofy home button will be a good start, though. At any rate, look for the SE 4 to be a HUGE seller once it's released.

I cannot wait to upgrade to this phone. I mean, to be fair, why on Earth do you actually need two or three cameras on a smartphone? All I need is one. And also, iphones are expensive these days. I really hope Apple releases this phone. so I can upgrade to it. and have Apple intelligence. It's a win win.

Touch id can be troublesome for some people. I found with the iPhone 7 that my fingerprint would change & have to be re-registered to work. The touch id on the Samsung A54 seems to work a lot better for me.
