My boy MC's the GOAT for going after the one that made the rumor about the FMC and the others who spread it. And oddly enough, I didn't mind this stepsibling romance since they were already like each other before they became stepsiblings.
I wish we had more like this, most of the MCs are too pansy to do anything either cause (they are secretly badass but want to lead a normal life) or too scared. Then you get the other ones that miraculously have things fall into place to solve their problems (boss is a moron and tells all the secrets while they record). Have one actually be proactive and be like "nope, fuck this, im going to end this right now" for their love interest/family is what I want to see more of.
Step sibling romance is exactly dancing on the border of limitations to me if I'm being honest, overall very good execution of the story

W MC for going after that person who was telling rumors about the FMC in this story.
The thumbnail looked beautiful and then the art style really had me going. This mc has to be by far the best mc I've come across as he tackled that rumor head on! I would given him extra points if he at least punch the dude who spread the rumors in his face just to cement his case. The way nodoka kissed his cheek and clinging onto him was one thing but I was really caught by surprise when she kissed him dead on in the lips when the rejection. Ngl,I was expecting the step siblings to be resentful (fmc to mc respectively) with being cold and distant but this one was openly affectionate from the start. I like to see stories like that happen more often than those near weeks worth of tsundere ones. I felt my heart break when she said why did I have to fall for you after her last act of resistance.🥺😢😭😭😭😭 But, I'm glad he remembers her as she embraced him for everything he's done for her. But I'm a tad bit scared about the next rumor issei mentioned in the end....

It won't be difficult culturally or legally. Such relationships are only problematic if both parties have relation by blood. Just because you and your crush's parents got married before you two could doesn't block you from establishing the relationship you actually want with her. The process may be more awkward than it otherwise would have been, but it's completely doable. Plus, some similar stories mention that the parents were fully aware of the sparks flying between their two teenagers, (likely because they can read their respective kid's thoughts and feelings like a book) and were thus secretly rooting for the two to tie the knot and make it official just like they did a few months ago!

It was really coincidental that Issei🖤 & Nodoka🖤 met again after so many years and it was also nice that as her big brother that he helped clear up the rumors & misunderstandings about her and him tossing the guy around like a ragdoll who spread the rumors was awesome and satisfying Glad they became a loving couple in the end.

It really baffles me how people immediately throw around the incest flags. "You keep using that word, but I don't think it means what you think it means." Unless Issei's father went and screwed Nodoka's mother a long time ago and is actually Nodoka's biological father, it's definitely not incest. You need to be biologically related in order for it to be incest and I cannot emphasize this enough.
So for instance, in those other stories where one of the siblings is revealed to be adopted and starts getting hit on by their now stepsibling need to understand that: While yes it is weird and confusing for the one getting hit on, it is NOT incest. This type of thing is totally dependent on their family dynamic. Some families consider it taboo, but some don't see it as a big deal. As long as they're they're not related, they can do what they want; end of story. Morally it's completely up to them on how they handle their future relationship. If the one getting hit on starts seeing their stepsibling in *that* way, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. And those who stare at them weirdly need to be informed of the situation to keep them from being judgmental.
