- Step into a world where pigs can fly, public and private forces collaborate, and the seemingly impossible becomes reality. Walk into history with historian Erin Derham in Asheville's Urban Trail Documentary.
To revive their beloved downtown from the brink of extinction, a small group of community leaders in Asheville, NC, created a museum without walls or admission fees. Featuring a range of art from somber classical sculptures to absurdist pop art, Asheville's Urban Trail has become a major tourist attraction that chronicles the history and values of this small mountain town. Even more captivating than the artworks themselves are the stories of how they came to be.
