I don't get up that way all that much but hoping to bring my family back next summer to do a bunch of my favorite childhood things (bushkill falls, cambelback, etc) . I'll give you a shout if I do!
Nice! We just stayed in East Stroudsburg for several days but I took the gravel bike. The downtown area is really cool. Going back next month to do a driving experience at the raceway so maybe I'll take the MTB. Thanks for sharing! 👍
You got it - talk to the guys at Poconos bike co or join the FB group and try to find someone to ride with - it’s a cool trail system but pretty hard to navigate
Hit up Pocono Bike Company on Main Street in Stroudsburg. You could literally ride to Glen Park from there. They do rides on wednesday nights from the shop in the Glen.
Great video! Question: I see you still use the DVO Onix fork and DVO Topaz rear shock, so how about another review of those two. Do you still like them? Thanks
The onyx SC has been awesome. I haven’t been running the topaz for a while - switching to a cane creek DB IL coil and then a Kitsuma coil. I the topaz was “good enough” but not great in high speed chunk. The DB IL was ok but not burly enough for my 200lbs (watch my berm park video). The Kitsuma coil has been awesome but comes with a weight penalty
Hit me up for a tour next time. Built a lot of the trails at the Glen.

@@FoCoFlowShow sounds good!
You are an artist!
Looking to give this trailer another go. Checked it out about a week ago. The homeless camps seem to block off a lot of the trails
FoCo always bringing the goods! Never even heard of this place but it looks like a super fun place to ride.
I grew up visiting this area but didn’t know it had trails until Jeff lenosky did a video on it a few years back

I went there after the ride - super cool guys … my parents were born and raised in Stroudsburg - I grew up visiting Sburg
The surrounding woods looks so nice! Looks like a really fun spot to ride.
It’s beautiful there
Wonderfull day for riding.
Yes it was!
Sweet bit of riding buddy! Would love to have a go at riding some of those features. We don’t have enough wooden features here in the UK!
Thanks! This place has a nice mixture of natural features and man made
Wish I could have joined you, but it looks like you found a lot of good stuff Forrest.
I think I found most of it but definitely want to go back with a tour guide - lol
Great video!
