Ok so how exactly do i book these events on my own to save money? I’m flying down this Friday for 3 days in Lima & 4 in Cusco. Not sure how to navigate my own excursions…but I did book M.Picchu ticket+ train in advance…I’d appreciate your advice, please.🙏🏾 Thanks Btw: is 4 days in Cusco and 3 in Lima enough in both cities to really get a good experience and see a lot of the towns.? 🙏🏾
@@JeremyandAlly you were absolutely right! The streets are literally catering to tourists here. Everywhere you walk there's someone trying to sell a tour.
I wouldn't say it's necessarily better to go to the different sites by yourself, specially the ruins. It's great having a guide because you get to learn more about the ruins and not just walk around looking at something you won't be able to comprehend because you dont know the history and whatnot. I do agree to book locally though and better if it's private because you get both the knowledge and can control pace of the tour.
Thanks for your comment. Well, when you go to new attractions each week it's hard to have a guide each time. We try to pick the most impactful guides on certain attractions.
The entire Cusco experience seems so mystical.
Excellent suggestions, thanks for sharing your wonderful trip with us
Welcome!
Nice video guys - Cusco looks a great place to explore.
When did you travel? What month? I’m trying to figure out what to pack for May
May is a beautiful time to go. Each day peaks at 70 and goes into freezing temperatures at night. Dress in layers.
great video!! just wish it was longer. Too short.
Thank you!

Wow interesting thank you
Welcome
Which restaurant were you at?
morena
can you eat raw veggies and salads and ice in Peru or Cusco or only nicer restaurants. Don't want stomach issues@@JeremyandAlly
@@davetravelstheworld I would stick to the nicer restaurants. The food here is fantastic but street food and raw veggies can be problematic for some.
Thxs...for info...so you never ate at local restaurants or less trendy or san pedro mkt?
@@davetravelstheworld I did, Ally didn’t. Lol I ate everything.
