It was a helpful overview. I found it quite easy to edit an existing template but had trouble understanding how one gets the finished form to the desired users. The form is for the purpose of collecting IT service requests.

Once your form is complete, you can share it via a direct link, email, or embed it into a website or blog post.
To share via a direct link, go to settings, select the “Publish” button, copy the provided URL, and distribute to your desired users. If you opt for email, click the 'Emails' tab, then '+Add New Email', select the 'Autoresponder' option, and proceed to customize it. The form link is embedded in your outgoing email message, directly reaching your preferred recipients.
Alternatively, you can embed your Jotform into a website. For this, click 'Publish', then 'Embed', and paste the code that pops up into your website. With Jotform’s wide range of sharing options, you can swiftly ensure your forms reach the desired targets, making it a reliable tool for online form submissions and data collection.
