  • Not very often you hear the word transformational when describing a project but that’s what we’re seeing with regards to whats happening in Pontiac … that could be a catalyst for private business

That's a great idea. I been to some or those and they're efficient if you can get everywhere in 10 to 15 minutes

Well the way the crime rate being so high, I don't think this is gonna make difference it would be better to turned one of the closed down schools and turn it into a police department. State and county cannot do everything alone, maybe just maybe with more patrol might help bring the crime down and would make it a lot safer to bring jobs back and slowly help Pontiac regrow itself and maybe help rebuild your streets... Also why not convince like Honda or Toyota bring a assembly plant and create jobs since GM closed to many plants down and shipped over seas... This city was once a beautiful blue collared city and now a destroyed ghost town so called city.... The education is horrible, drugs, prostitution, theft, burglarized, shootings, abandoned homes, closed down buildings, and more... Pontiac needs to think twice and stop voting the same people for years because nothing is improving much... My father and I moved out of Pontiac because of all these situations and it's a good thing we did back in 96 but it's truly sad we had to move because it's our home but doesn't feel like home, especially a safe peaceful home...
Don't waste money on this Phoenix Center, work on bringing back a good police department and help our education do better for our community and our kids...
We cannot let this cycle continue repeating the same situation but must say enough is enough... Our children are our future, don't ruined it anymore, otherwise theirs no healthy and peaceful future for our next generation....
Everywhere else is at least doing something about it and are growing fast and safer to walk down the sidewalk during a beautiful evening and night time...
