Same thought.both engine have same crank casing,covers etc.but not sure about the gearings ,maybe they share same gearings but not the bore and stroke measurements.we havent try to swap parts yet here in Philippines.
Hey man just wondering; At 3:02 when you put the engine top back on, what do you use to seal it together? Do you use a sealant or a gasket? I'm doing a rebuild and cannot get an answer on what to do at THAT specific part.
@@wanfarok Wasn’t the slipper clutch introduced with the Ninja 300 and Ninja 250 (EX300A/B and EX250L/M) for model year 2013? That’s when they revised the 250 in most Asian markets and replaced it with the Ninja 300 in Western markets. Still the same bike/engine, really, leading us to this video. ;)
Hello. “KeithInAsia” used to export “Aero” turn signals from Bangkok for Ninja 250 EX250F (1988-2007). Are you able to find them today? People in the West really want them! I asked my brother to look around when he was in Bangkok last year but he did not know where to start.
It's the nature of this inline twin engine layout, also referred to as a rocking couple. One of the counterbalanced may have been off or something or just really high mileage without service
Hi, so i just came across this while trying to find how ninja 250 pistons would react on a ninja 300 and i cannot seems to find clear answers. You seem to have better insight and could help clarify. Also another reason i ask is dude to availability of forged pistons, it is way harder to get for 300 than 250. cheers

I suggest you use permatex ultra black for gasketing near oil pan

So quit engine, but parts are so costly 😢, maintenance is costly 😅

Were do you find how much torque to use on the bolts?
Google the Kawasaki service manual.
