Close call! Nearly gets airborne! nearly ran over a young family.

Male driver that looked of Asian appearance did not slow at speed hump pedestrian crossing, so close to running down young family. Praise God no one got hurt.
of great concern is the extremely poor road engineering having parking bays right on top of the crossing.
As can be witnessed, the van parked at crossing was a huge obstruction to the view of driver and pedestrians.
Driver should of slowed and parking bays need removing.
