Alex Highsmith is my x factor, Watt will get plenty of attention on his side leaving him 1 on 1 with the tackle.

When Tomlin gets to 200 wins. He would be the 11th coach. Also, not every coach that has 200 wins won a superbowl. That should let you know how hard it is to win.
Marty did not win a superbowl. He's a top 10 winning coach of all time.
Paul brown did not win a superbowl.
Don Coryell did not win a superbowl.
They all are in the top 10 in wins and the only coaches with 200 plus wins.
Tomlin resume smokes theirs. And he's gone an nfl record 18 consecutive seasons without a losing record.Bill is a CAREER 83-101 without Brady. YOU NEED A QB TO WIN and even with a QB it is hard af to win. That's how football works.
Bill never won the Afc east title without Brady.
    Bill was 83-101 without Brady.
Bill 1-2 post season without Brady.
Bill only 2 winning seasons without brady.
His last season he was 4-13 and last in the division without Brady.
    Since Ben retired
    Tomlin 29-22 without Ben
    With 2 playoff births
