What a manager, what a player and what a guy! So genuine, intelligent, philosophical, passionate and funny! As a spurs fan, I’m so happy he joined. He’s changed the atmosphere, mood and results around the club. Really hope he stays for next season.
badly shaped 343, too defensive, loses far too often and treats himself like an underdog vs big coaches. he's a fragile coach that lets loose at the board when they don't recruit his workhorse type players. he doesn't have management to his game but his coaching methods carry him
his idea of a footballing philosophy is counter pressing against teams they already can dominate. what is smart about this? kulusevski, bergwijn, skipp, bentancur, hojbjerg, sessesgnon, doherty, son, lloris, sanches, dier, all are not good enough to play in this team for real silverware. conte needs a real reflection in his career bc he will be sacked next season if he keeps this up, as teams do not fear 3 at the backs generally in the prem. tuchel's doesn't even work well, and they've got a far better roster than spurs do

Conte done fantastic at Chelsea, which can be replicated at spurs if the board agree with his decisions If clubs actually signed the players he wanted the board takes much less criticism from fans and have a real reason to sack the manager ,rather than create a toxic environment at the start of the season then slowly fall apart then lose the manager and in most cases set yourself back for another 1.5 - 3 seasons to rebuild and consistently compete like they did under Poch.

it is his team. he plays them, plays a formation that isn't even suited to a 343. he clearly likes the profiles and i don't see him wishing to change much at all. he wants average players like brozovic ive heard
conte was average after one good season at chelsea so that's just a lie. i support chelsea and the whole 343 didn't last long and our one game a weak vs pep and klopp rebuilding while in europe meant very little
conte has no solutions or service to give the board prospects or players to better the club. i already said he likes work horses and spurs need individuals. guys like dybala will not benefit this team in the slightest
conte wanted lukaku at chelsea and that basically summarises how silly his ideas are, of what makes a team good. who he wanted at chelsea was worse than we got basically, and costa was better than him, who he personally pushed out
poch got some pretty good signings but wasn't given exactly everything either. i can understand his shortcomings but he could have done a lot better with the squad, and conte could be atm, doing so much more as well. it's looking pretty bad for conte, he'll get sacked next season if he continues his 343 ways
Conte made incredible improvement to Tottenham over just five months. Imagine what he can do with a proper summer preseason and getting the player he wants.

conte regressed spurs from a flowing 433, to a bland 343 lacking any actual balance and purpose. players like son, bentacur, doherty, dier, do not win you titles and im sure he likes most of these guys because he asked for them. conte has also never proven to show he bring players in and always has his own with boards. the guy was begging for morata at chelsea, and he generally doesn't have any insight on what football he wants to play. he just likes workhorses and players that are versatile to fit into a 343

From what i’ve seen in his interviews he actually seems devoted to rebuilding Spurs. he’s been blown away by the facilities and can’t believe how Spurs aren’t a top club. As long as the owners can give him the funds he could actually make Spurs one of the best

Conte is an amazing coach as well as a great person, what he is doing with spurs is spectacular. I will never forget when he led Chelsea to the league title in the 16/17 season. What a guy.💙
spectacular? so, struggling for top 4, having spent several on bentacur, kulusevski, emerson, bryan gil, is special to you? they sold lots of players but spurs had several good squad players and binned far better than they actually have. aurier played fantastically for villarreal, who's far above doherty for example, and ndombele was binned by conte despite being far better than bentacur or winks. bringing in profiles like he has, only sets them back and i have no idea what you're even praising. spurs are having a bad season, and a 343 doesn't work at all for building a team to be better

This man is everything Spurs could seek for. He indeed could be the Klopp for Spurs! Love and passion for both the game and his players. He genuinely seem like he provides tough love.

I'm 69 years old. Been married 44 years and have three children and 8 grandchildren and as a Spurs fan, I've just discovered I have a man-love for Conte (LOL). What a lovely guy. I hope he stays with us for another few years at least. We can achieve so much with him leading us. COME ON YOU SPURS!!!

This interview has great energy. Conte is a genius, and he should write a book so his philosophy can be taught to those studying or working in management, like Fergie’s technique is taught in universities. Viewing the role of a manager as a teacher is unique, and something that should be done in the real world.
I am an arsenal fan but I found him genuine and charismatic in this interview.

It's easy to forget the amount of trophies he has won as both a player and a coach. I had forgotten how many football greats he played with at Juventus

i think this is why conte might be the correct man for tottenham. spurs players aren't your typical "party" guys - they're more humble and family man like, harry kane for example. i think conte is very similar to those characteristics so maybe this is the club where conte can see himself being a manager for a long time.

The fact a fellow Italian has been coaching two Premier League clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur and epecially Chelsea FC makes me very proud. We have many good managers in Italy and it's great some of them can reach leagues even higher than Serie A. It's also quite nice how the fans like and admire him, he deserves it.
It's coz English fans are deluded to think the prem is the only thing there is. I guess money wise and that's why players and coaches go for it... But Serie A is a league of many great teams! I only fell in love with the Italian league recently but I'm a huge fan of all your teams (although my chosen team is Atalanta coz I love their formation and Ilicic!)

It's honestly been an exciting season for the club despite potentially missing out on top 4. The team has a soul and some great players are being developed. I could see both Arsenal and Spurs finishing top 4 next season with the amount of talent and energy those squads have right now.
