Berry pie recipe
This is a very simple and delicious pie. It can be safely classified as an easy “guests on the doorstep” recipe.
250 grams of sour cream of any fat content (I used 20%)
180 grams of sugar,
2 eggs,
100 grams of butter,
300-350 grams of flour,
1 pack of baking powder (16 grams)
a pinch of salt.
Any berries. I used frozen blackcurrants.
Mix all the ingredients for the dough and place in the mold. Place berries on top. Bake at 200 C for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle the top of the finished cake with powdered sugar.

Надо же-- живём на таком большом расстоянии друг от друга, но хлопоты у нас одни и те же!!!
У нас в Якутии, на Крайнем Севере, в это время года такие качели с погодой и снег расстаял совсем недавно, можно сказать,а лето у нас настаёт за один день!!! И длится оно всего 3 месяца и поэтому мы стараемся всё успеть:теплицы засажены, морковь, свекла, укроп и остальное тоже посажено, все эти дни сажаем картошку- кто раньше, кто попозже. . Я, кстати, разжилась сортовой картошкой, среди неё есть белорусская, которая хорошо зарекомендовала себя у нас в Якутии, прекрасно хранится--возлагаю на неё большие надежды!!!! ✊✊✊
Сегодня высадила на улице все свои цветы:7 ТАЙДАЛОВ и другую петунию, небольшую коллекцию колеусов, затем бакопу, лобелию, колиброхоа, гацанию, настурцию, календулу... Ранее высадила анютины глазки... Жду, когда окрепнет маттиола, что-то мне с ней сложно... Все практически цветы я вырастила рассадой...
Ваши петунии, Олеся, такой КРАСИВОЙ расцветки--глаз не оторвать!!!! 🌺🌺🌺👌👌👌🤩🤩🤩И вырастили Вы их ПРАВИЛЬНО-- такие они кустистые,ровненькие!!!! 💪💪💪
Знаю вашу с Александром работоспособность, ответственность, но переживаю за Вас-- с появлением чудесного лесного домика и новыми посадками, ремонтными работами там, у вас очень сильно увеличилась нагрузка!!!! СИЛ ВАМ!!!! Но ООООЧЕНЬ хорошо понимаю Вас, Олеся, потому что уединение, возможность слушать звуки природы и наслаждаться зеленью, видами животных и птиц-- это ТАКАЯ радость и СЧАСТЬЕ ЖИТЬ!!!!!🌲🌳🌲🏡🌲🌳🌲И верю в благодатную белорусскую землю, которая плодоносит и отдаст вам сторицей за ваши труды!!!

Here in the UK also we have too much rain this year, and still very cold so our gardens do not look nearly so pretty as yours does. You are fortunate to be able to buy another property to get away from the city, in the UK that would be almost impossible. I have no doubt that you and your husband will make the forest house into a wonderful home - thank you for taking us along with you.

Nous n’avons pas eu un beau printemps, beaucoup de pluie et les limaces ont pratiquement tout mangé. Il faut que je recommence. J’ai un tout petit coin de potager dans mon jardin car nous habitons en ville. Mais avec les fleurs et les arbres, l’endroit est très agréable. We have had a lot of rain here lately however it mostly always comes with hail which by the way has destroyed our vegetable plants but miraculously the all grew back last year and produced fruit by the mighty hand of God, I'm sure! I enjoy your videos, you do two of the things that I enjoy, gardening and sewing, I wish I had a bigger plot of land to be able to plant more fruits ans veggies but I live in the city and the space is very reduced. Your recipies are so delicious too. Just don't cook with aluminum and non stick they are toxic.
