If ur on a budget, rules of minimal design is keep a 2-3 color pallet like white, grey, black and try make the room everything within those pallets . You can then add a splash of color but not too much color or itll ruin the illusion. You dont need to spend expensive techs to make a room look good. Lighter paint makes the room appear more bigger and more friendly with LED accent. Keep the room clutter free.
I love the clean lines. They're captivating and soothing. I'd love to see a space with the same intention with a slight shift toward a warmer palette. Not necessarily orange or wood but perhaps a smaller space with more drama without sacrificing that clean, smooth, organized, minimalist goodness. So excited. I love spaces that use subtle touchable material to delineate boundaries and purpose but keeping the visual length of line. The emphasis on utility as beauty is soulful. It really is. It makes modernity reachable and lovely. I took notes for my own upcoming projects. Excited for you guys!

Everything looks very stunning, efficient, and highly sophisticated. I love the layout of the space and how welcoming it looks. I'm the type of person who watches a lot of TV, so I think I'd be there for long hours :P. Regarding the lighting that obscures the image on the screen, I guess the most viable solution is to use blackout curtains for the times when you are going to use the TV to watch a movie or some other special content. I love your furniture, I can't believe you have a Barcelona Chair. I have an almost identical one from Barcelona Designs. Thanks for the tour!
This may be an odd questions, but do you use any fragrances to scent your living spaces? Things like candles, reed sticks, diffusers, incense, room sprays, etc.

I think anywhere you live windows are the most expensive, we will be having our windows and doors replaced this year hopefully, in the UK I expect it’ll cost 10 K or so. And it’s glass, which is recycled! Oh well lol. I’m looking forward to your house considering you’ve helped with the design. Such a good idea too, your parents move into your old condo as you’ve kept it, and you move into your parents house changing it ready for a new family….
