@@Jay-O315bro I’ve got the same problem I can hear friends in lobby but as soon as I search they can’t hear me but I can hear all of it even it says my mics working but they can’t hear me

I’m still having issues. I can hear everything in the game except my teammates comms and enemy comms.
Go to your party settings and select: switch to game chat.You must be connected in xbox party and also game party That solved my issue
