The desired outcome for a stone is 6/6. Make sure not to brick your stone, and bring it to 6/6 because 6/6 is the desired outcome. You wanna make sure you get your stone to 6/6. So make sure you're getting to 6/6.

Well he made claims during the video that the tool will make calculations that the game doesnt show outright. The example at the end was kinda poor/incomplete since the few times he faceted the numbers were high and were pretty obvious which you should select to give you the highest odds of success/failure. It would have been nice to see the scenarios near the end of a stone where you fail at a 75% and what the tool would suggest you select next. Or when the stone is at a 25% and you would normally want to select the red option, but somehow succeeds 3 times in row. Without those specific examples, I don't see the benefit of the video being 11:50 long if at the end I'm simply trying out a tool he recommends and seeing for myself. In my opinion, if his video was 3 seconds long and all he said was try out this tool, I would have gotten the same amount of info without wasting another 11min or so.
Wow great tool, thank you. I was doing the 65/75 hit first line, 55 hit second line, 45 hit 3rd line method, but that method only considers probability for each 'roll' independent of your goal. Now I did get a little lucky and hit an 8 5 2 from a legendary, but I can definitely see this tool helping to improve overall results in the future as it weights suggestions based on your goal. It's basically a GTO tool weighted to a definable end goal. That 6 6 x is important.
I have watched so many videos on Lost Ark and they really have helped a lot. This game is like sensory overload for new players and I just wanted to take a second and thank you for putting out content like this so I don't waste valuable time trying to find out on my own. Thank you!

In short the program calculates till the end and the player calculates only a few steps ahead. Almost like chess. The computer calculates all possible moves and choses the optimal move to win and the player calculates the best move for the next few rounds to be in the best position then.
Ttldr set red one to 9 then follow the highlighted button. This could of been 2 to 3 minute video. Example This tool gives you higher chance in a successful stone cut. Set the numbers on the tool to 6,6,9 set red to max Follow the prompts ( highlighted button) select the outcome. Rinse and repeat. It helps increase the likelihood for succes and help brick stones. I think there is a pattern to it, like (Miss packman had a pattern) . when it's at 25% or 75% it's not guaranteed to get desired effect, sometimes I think it just depends on the stone, like it's preset for that stone.

I used 3 tools(including this one) and still wasted 200 pheons untill i got a 6/7 stone (the 7 was the engraving i wanted 6 tho). It's still about luck, but at least is better to use a tool instead of rage clicking, even if you brick a few stones using a tool, it's not the end of the world, it's a luck game, you either get it or you don't :D

I can honestly say that at first this calculator seemed good but it has bricked every stone after my first two tries. Don't know if I'm not configuring it right but half way through it goes 0.00% and brick my stones. I think I should rely on me for the time being.
i feel like everytime there is a pattern involved. One time it was 1 succeed 1 fail, almost the whole time. the other was 3 win 3 fails. And sometimes its close to the probabilities.

The tool is used by me since tier 2. I havent der ne a lot of stones, but I bricked nearly every stone with the tool. That has to do with what people theorize, that these probabilities and theor math is influenced to a point where you are more tilting towards spending money again. Best stone that the tool did with roughly 15 stones was a 6-5-6 and worst one with tool suggestions was a 2-2-9! Yes: 9 on the debuff! 🤣 The stones were the reason why nearly 70% of my friends stopped playing btw.....has also to do with further min maxing your accessories for engravings. People are fed up with figuring out stuff in the auction house for 2 hours just to be obsolete next patch anyways and you can do all content with crappy gear...even argos.

If you are fine with it, you are golden....others arent and it is ultimately meaning, that the game yyou are okay with gets increasingly smaller...and that for roughly 4-6 high end raids that get world first typically in the first few days. Dont act like this is otherwordly content flood and crazy difficult. Until now I havent experienced any difficulty in this game. Know how to push buttons, where to stand and which gimmick you are playing against...and you are doing the content backwards....hence once again: Pvp is the only viable, long lasting content and it gets balanced out...no cheese, overgearing and essentially an okay pvp gameplay....not as sofisticated that a 5vs5 pvp in gw2...bit its combat and synergies are miles ahead. Its old but gold in that regards. Add some highend gvg with 15vs15 and shit goes down the drain in lost ark as well....the way they set up skills is not taken pvp and gvg into proper account ....hence another game after teso and black desert, that has some good and some bad combat stuff, but isnt supposed to work properly for competitive gaming with longevity and complexity. Again: What we think and do is irrelevant...what most people do and feel is relevant. Otherwise no money, no community (which is superbad in lost ark to begin with...it isnt a community but a robotlike gathering of people wanting to clear content...over and over and over...6 bosses or so....) and no healthy game...so it will die if they dont do it right. Thats bottom line. 😋 And yes...ability stones and honing sucks and sends wrong messages....why do we do such gambling stuff with kids involved and why did we ban it from public at least. Why do some countries ban it now? I still dont know, why not more european cointries banned it already ...it is also a kids game and we are just weebs playing a kids game...dont mistake it...once the first mentally damaged people, where I assume at least 60% of lost ark player are in fact mentally ill, depressed weebs...are losing their minds or feel mentally drained, this kind of game will not exist anymore. Rocking the auction house for all those legit reasons and trying to get the engravings + tripods, gems and perhaps even cards half decently in a row and figuring out when to switch gear into dungeon gear or not....is leaving me with less than suboptimal builds with a lot to desire...and in that state getting towards the big raids isnt going to work. Too many RnG stuff that you cannot work around and not enough gold to go a decent route. So the honing to 1370 is taking whatever time and I will jave to play suboptimally through the content with shit engravings ...and I can see a lot doing this. But the next issue: There is no end as the current whale gear is inderwhelmingly shit as well when the next stuff comes. So again: Another grind for new accessories, etc... The flexibility is so low, that every change is costly and you cannot try out stuff. I for example would love to see more build variety and embracing more of the engravings that are available. But lost ark is cornered. Imagine they go for a rework and complete meta change for 70% of the classes suddenly running engraving that noone runs today? This will make us cry. That is just a sad thing. Enhancing more and more is okay ....but having to change gear every year..with the same gameplay queues? MMOs can be repetitive but I dont know many of the bigger names that do it as repetitive as they do. Asia grinder all good...but some variety and freedom with multiple ways to get to a good build would be nice tbh.

Hit an 8/5/3 on a T1 8 slot epic stone for zerker... maxed an entire row and still dunno how that happened lol. So this alt is hitting Rhoendel engravings at 2/2/2/1 already with average accessories. Also had a stone hit 5 in a row on the 3rd row at 25%... the casino rng is crazy in LA

well it took me 12 stones to get a 6 6 one at tier 3... there were so many times my 75% failed and so many times 25% worked.... RNG is unbelievable in while doing this

You can claim that its all based on complex maths etc but ultimately it is still all about RNG and probabilities. Nothing in this life is certain. My advice, try the tool but don't be too hopeful.
Had to come back here and say that tool, used exactly as you described it ... resulted in the worst stone I've ever crafted xD no joke. THE WORST. lmao it was almost comical how bad it went. This is the exact same tool I ended up using after trying 2 others. Got me a 6/6 stone after several tries. It was doing a few things differently than I would have guessed intuitively so I assume it helped.
so i used the calculator for 3 stones Keen Blunt and Hit Master T3. Managed to buy quite cheaply 200-400 gold each, and all failed miserably, didnt get a single 7 and mostly 4-5 negatives... I needed 6 Keen Blunt and 7 Hit Master.. I then bought 1 more for 450 and done it myself without calculator and got 7 Keen Blunt and 6 Hit Master and 1 negative... but i needed 6 and 7... sadge

I just do it the braindead way since it's all RNG in the end. Just spam click the stuff line by line and pray to RNGjesus for a 6-6. That shit will fly at T1 and T2, but T3, it'll break anyone's gold bank regardless. I wish that "bricked" stones can still be traded, even if it's not ideal for some people would be useful for others.
tool is great but took the fun out of it, and to me fun is always number 1 so id recommend stilling doing it yasellf if you find it more fun! but make sure you understand the systeam.

Tool is good but your builds are misleading people. Spec reflux , kbw and 0 crit stat ? Also u need to use the casting version with all out attack otherwise u deal no dmg. Spam reflux works with relic set.

Tool or not you need RNGesus on your side. Starting with 3 fails at 75% is sadge.

Hit an 8/5/3 on a T1 8 slot epic stone for zerker... maxed an entire row and still dunno how that happened lol. So this alt is hitting Rhoendel engravings at 2/2/2/1 already with average accessories. Also had a stone hit 5 in a row on the 3rd row at 25%... the casino rng is crazy in LA

Sometimes you have to trust your instinct and go for another route, even if it's not optimal... Because it's still RNG based.
It's all rng. The tool might help but at the end of the day it's all luck.
well it took me 12 stones to get a 6 6 one at tier 3... there were so many times my 75% failed and so many times 25% worked.... RNG is unbelievable in while doing this

@@metaknight3335 It's how I view honing % success rate in this game. If it isn't 100%, flip a coin. That's your result regardless if it's single digit percentage or 99%. I don't trust the RNG of this game basically.
You can claim that its all based on complex maths etc but ultimately it is still all about RNG and probabilities. Nothing in this life is certain. My advice, try the tool but don't be too hopeful.
RNG is not incorrect. Even if you use the tool, you still are faced with RNG.
Had to come back here and say that tool, used exactly as you described it ... resulted in the worst stone I've ever crafted xD no joke. THE WORST. lmao it was almost comical how bad it went. I set it up exactly with your recommendations too. Not blaming you or anything, just goes to show anything can happen no matter what you do.
This is the exact same tool I ended up using after trying 2 others. Got me a 6/6 stone after several tries. It was doing a few things differently than I would have guessed intuitively so I assume it helped.
I used a different one and i think i got a 8/5 stone

so i used the calculator for 3 stones Keen Blunt and Hit Master T3. Managed to buy quite cheaply 200-400 gold each, and all failed miserably, didnt get a single 7 and mostly 4-5 negatives... I needed 6 Keen Blunt and 7 Hit Master.. I then bought 1 more for 450 and done it myself without calculator and got 7 Keen Blunt and 6 Hit Master and 1 negative... but i needed 6 and 7... sadge

I spent more than 60 pheons and broke more than 20 stones probably until I got a 6-6 to get 4 max engravings...
Same, used on 4 stones and bricked them all. I was doing better on average by guessing. I even managed to get a +7/+7/-1 by myself.

I just do it the braindead way since it's all RNG in the end. Just spam click the stuff line by line and pray to RNGjesus for a 6-6. That shit will fly at T1 and T2, but T3, it'll break anyone's gold bank regardless.
I wish that "bricked" stones can still be traded, even if it's not ideal for some people would be useful for others.
tool is great but took the fun out of it, and to me fun is always number 1 so id recommend stilling doing it yasellf if you find it more fun! but make sure you understand the systeam.

Tool is good but your builds are misleading people. Spec reflux , kbw and 0 crit stat ? Also u need to use the casting version with all out attack otherwise u deal no dmg. Spam reflux works with relic set.

RNG is RNG I just got 4 4 3 on a stone using the tool. I failed about 6 times at 75%. 3k gold down the stain. Gotta love being a support main.. lol
Only that when i have 25% the red always goes it aggravating how many times the lowest % goes
