A tip for anyone seeing this video, to avoid sailing back and forth, there is a lesser known party finder in the game under your minimap, the 5th icon. You can find all sorts of content in here, including Guardian Raids. I simply went to the island, then when I had the quest to kill the guardian, to avoid sailing back and forth I just joined a group for the boss in this party finder (Skipping the need to go to an actual Guardian Raid Board in a city). It saved a lot of travel time overall!

For the once missing the "Investigation Frost Helgaia" quest fir the Music Box of Memories #9. This is what they need to follow. The purple quest all the way to the Frost Helgaia. This is the only resource I found only that helped finish the clues for me

I was able to discover this through sailing but woah was it tedious. Would really be a big QoL improvement if they streamline this process so you don't have to keep going back to the same island/area since most of these have no point to them other than these quests, sometimes no mokokos even.
For sure tedious but if you are on an island with multiple raid bosses..then just use the party finder option so you don't have to leave the island. This will make it a little less time consuming.

I just have a few questions. 1: What ilvl does the alt have to be to accept this quest and would it have to rerun the whole story agian? 2: I'm planning on Bard being my main for healing but running Berserker atm as it's my first toon and wana play though all the story once. My question is that if I come across this quest line on my Berserker should I just leave it or can I do parts of it until the legendary quest? So I'm guessing the quest is once time on any server correct? Thx again for epic info.

Quest isnt showing on my main and also other characters. I finished so far every Quest. Cant find that Quest in my Quest Journal either. Its not open or on the "completed" ones.
There is no way I am fighting Achates again until I am mid way into T3. Even then I would have to run it with friends who know what they are doing cause that boss is so annoying.
But doing it in group at this point in the game ur likely to have a geared player just zerg it. Then you won't learn anything about that boss. I personally prefer to solo and it's great to finally have such an option in an mmo
also assuming people pull somewhat of their weight it's intrinsically easier to do a group. the scaling is 100%, 150%, 200%, 250% rather than the expected 100,200,300,400 for some reason

You can get a few of them by doing Una quest so no point of saving it for later, the resource is gonna change by the time you get to tier 2 anyway
I would use them for the last couple of levels, so 13 to 14 and especially 14 to 15
