When I resize the window until 400px, navbar loses and it doesn't show correctly for me, education items too, because they appear in a single column only, never look in two or three column when I change windows size.
when I use this website on my phone (iPhone X) the width of the form page cuts off slightly? the whole form doesnt fit onto the page. any solution, i've tried to change the media query but it doesnt work for me. can anyone advise?

I linked the CSS file but no change made on the page when I run after writing the whole code it only shows the output of index.html page
write the correct path of css file in your index.html, make sure the css file has the folder with the name css and linked it to index.html
