What are the elements of financial position for a single proprietorship po?

Tnx so much po, ask q lng po, capital gains tax and estate tax are not the liabilities of the buyer however sometimes the buyer agrees to pay those taxes in order to acquire the land. Will the buyer capitalize those taxes as cost of land or will the buyer treat them as outright expenses? Hope u can help me po..tnx..
