If you would have made a wedge to sit on top of your forms when pouring concrete you would’ve had less waste on the ground maybe make one out of scrap wood for the next pour… your choice. Also, the driver of the concrete truck should have known to lower the chute so it would not have splattered concrete everywhere.

Hi Scott! We’re really anxious to get out of our trailer. This apartment build will take far less time and money to get completed. Building a garage apartment was always the plan anyway. This way we can move into that and take our time on the farm house 👍🏼
Sorry you came out SO SHORT on concrete(how did that happen?!). Quick recover on the little blowout. Using a vibrator might have made the pour go easier, and turn out stronger, too.
I think you didn't have the bottom of your forms sealed caused you to lose concrete spreader cleats and tieing your vertical rebar prior to concrete@@lifeelevatedoffgrid

inspector was willing to come back and let you do the work then come back by and inspect it then wait for you have to reschedule for him to come back

The concrete truck can hold 10 yards of material. We should have been good but I think some of footings were larger than I calculated.

Not sure on the brand. We hit the sides of the forms with our 4lb hammer in place of a vibrator. Worked out great!
