Hi @Vismai Food Teja, I tried this recipe and its awesome. I did one modification which turned out excellent. I followed the same procedure, but instead of cooking in a steel/Iron Pan, I used Matka Handi Pot with Lid. The Handi Matka Pot comes with outwardly expanded circumference making it look like V shape at the top. So, I used a trick of how Paradise makes their Biryani. I took a Dhoti cloth dipped in water and squeezed out the water and placed it on the circumference of the Pot and since Pot is V-shaped it can hold easily. On top of this, I closed it with Matka Pot lid and placed a heavyweight on this. This turned out to be the most authentic recipe in our home. Kudos to you for the recipe and thanks to Matka pot for bringing special Matka flavour with unleaked Dum.

I was also planning to use clay pot. I think tissues should be replaced with turkey towel. Tissues will have chemicals sprayed.
