In Canada, virtually no support. Music stores never heard of it. I ordered the DI3, after weeks of trying to set it up, realized the value/parameter knob was not working. Took it back to the store. Got a full refund. Wasn’t all that impressed with the on-board sounds either. Back to the TD9.
