This is clearly a metaphor for modern day business men and politicians controlling the impoverished black population. He is seen making them fight each other and in the end results in them grouping up together (a metaphor for gangs) and trying to kill other black people. The whole video is a metaphor blaming the white elite for gang violence and impoverishment. This helps nothing, blaming someone else for your problems and calling them "racists" and "unsympathetic" is only going to add to the hateful divide in this country. I think we can all be civil to each other, sit down and have a conversation on policy and what the best solution is for violence and impoverishment without declaring that the other side is evil. Spread the word.
