It consists of the main 8-story building with elevators (to get to the main building from the villas, 2 elevators are provided) and a complex of 3-4-story villas.

The private sandy beach is located 150 m from the hotel, across the street.

The road to the beach runs along the bridge (a shuttle runs to the bridge every 10 minutes, 09:00-19:00), descent to the beach by elevator.
