My school principal called all girls of cls 8-12 today to talk about this issue. She started with how we shouldn't be wearing certain outfits. She said that skin revealing outfits attract attention and hence assault happens. She didn't infact say anything in support of the victim. It was almost like "avanga apdi pannitanga athaan ithu nadanchu neenga athu maari pannathinga". It was really misleading imo considering there were girls who would take it to their heart and think what the principal said was actually right. Princy didn't stop there. She started talking about how its a "shame" and brings "dishonor" to the victim's parents, siblings etc. This really bugged me because her speech had no empathy for the victim. She also said there's no need to go out after 8pm. All I think about is why should the girls alone be instructed? Why would anyone be so against the victim? And the fact that this is coming from the principal of one of the most reputed schools of TN is also concerning. I feel like this would have a really bad influence on the girls. Hopefully people change their mindsets and stop pushing it on others thinking they're right.

That's a clear-cut explanation. People who speak progressive thoughts online have created a video of 6 minutes in which they spoke about justice being denied to Atul Subash for only 30 seconds and after that, as usual, started speaking about how women have been victimized for ages. I do agree with that but this is not the time to talk about it. It is something equal to saying not all men during an assault case. Also, we gotta demand stringent action on people who misuse those laws rather than removing the alimony/maintenance processes because it is a right given to women who refrained from being financially independent. People love victimizing themselves by placing themselves in the situation where these issues happen in society

my god so true, in both the cases i saw so little sympathy for the victim, and the cases where draged through the mud until one cant seperate the truth and propoganda from each other. This is a trend I and most others would also have observed going up lately. The main cause in both the cases are no where discussed- the use and justification of serious crimes to instill fear, the inefficiency and insensitivity of the institutions as the fail to evolve with time and curruption rampant in our country that will eventually come back and bites the most vulnerable of our socity. I think it is beacuse we are currently transitioning to a more equal society, so the dying institutions are getting louder in order to survive- will we fall for the empty vessels or make progress only time can tell. All this is such an insult to both the victims.
About Atul Subhash Video, go and watch his 90 minutes video. He himself was blaming the judiciary, the laws are completely one sided. Even a little provided for men in the law are not followed in the court. His wife was working and hide those details in the court, when Atul Subhash pointed it out he was not allowed to file Perjury on his wife. These days it is very common that a working women hide the details to get interim maintenance and Alimony and get away without any consequence when found out, Atul himself mentioned at least make some changes in the law after his death. Better you watch the video
Ya I totally agreed someone talked the importance of the issues .. but I want to tell one thing political people make it for their convenience but yes it should help and give victim a support that they feel someone is supporting us ... Cause still government doesn't give any statement we will take care like it.... Even court has come forward and told we are with here.... So I felt eventhough they politicise the issue it will give some support to the victim side

As a general public the maximum we can do is to voice out for the victim and the injustice happened. But unfortunately all of these will be easily overshadowed by the agenda being set by the politicians for their own plans and the laws and officials will be keep on favouring them.. So my kind request to all my fellows and friends, let us position ourself as policy makers and officials and serve the public to the good. Thats the only way to make a difference
You have a Point. about victim. I agree 👍. But do you think we don't? No. What we can do? Law is not strict Even in strict laws in ancient times, our ancestors taught us a solution why? Because human heart is the most unpredictable thing in the world. Why are people advice certain things to do? Because it can save a lot of trouble and minimalise our suffering. Why people blaming the victim ? If that girl is responsible and been disciplined why she have to endure this humiliation? People take it as a bad example to teach other children to be responsible for their honour and dignity. We can only feel sad for that girl's problem! Here nobody cares other than that. If people want to prevent these kind of incidents for their family, they can only do this. It was called prevention.
Here i want to talk about atul subash case where we can lost a life here which is not acceptable but let's have situation like atul is not dead he is saying these whether people really care about the issues or how fake cases plays a major role literally zero This is the time we need to talk about issues which is related to this case nobody is gonna hear how alimony affect the person mentally and physically as well in my perspective i don't want to loss another atul subash in this short attention span generation which is needed to addressed immediately I still believe justice delayed is justice denied
Inga oru problem nadantha antha problem la yaaruku baathipu nu paakuringa athula boy ku baathipuna vitturaanga and girl na strong ah paakuranga we need equal justice
Idk if you will read or think about what I say but ya I totally agree with ur statements in anna university case , I felt the exact same and victim shaming in any form should be avoided and stopped but what you said in relation to the Banglore case is totally wrong , ppl are talking about the need for change in laws not cuz they don’t care about the victim and just cuz they wanna prove their point, it’s because they care for what a man has been through and they can relate to it ,believe it or not half the time when men are being played seriously by a woman society doesn’t give a damn , trust me I’m a law student and I’ve seen a lot of such cases, firstly u can’t deny the fact the laws or more inclined towards the women than what it should be ,for example in bsa(new evidence act ) it is clearly stated that even if a women cheated her husband with some other guy when she is in marriage or even 280 days after divorce, ie if she has sex with any other person and she gets pregnant. The previous guy who was in the marriage will be held as the father for the child and it will be treated as as legitimate hair which includes property rights. The same can’t be disproved without conclusive proof. Concluisve proof is like something like blood samples, DNA test or whatever, but also the same courts give the women and their child to say no to blood tests even if the legitimate father asks for it(in short the right is with the women who is the accused to give her child’s blood, and the case can’t be solved, infertile men had had kids in our country acc to law trust me ) same with dowry , in the vedio like what u said there’s only a separate section called cruelty to women not men , if she’s filing a fake case she’ll punished only under a false complaint there’s no separate law for women misusing this particular section , and ur claim is totally wrong , if we speak about divorce laws , almost 80 percent of the dowry cases at present are false ( a female inspector gave this statement in Hindu and trust me I’ve interned in family courts and 8 out of 10 cases are mostly for money or misuse), just in 2011 ,30 thousand fake dowry cases were recorded imagine how many would be now ,So yeah that’s not a small amount ,even this needs action taken and even all the men who were against such acts didn’t raise any muranpadu with women or generalised women that women are like this, most of the men just protested that the laws are biased and it’s need to changed which is a fact… same with maintenance, in the age where we are striving to achieve equality why are only men supposed to pay maintenance to wives and parents, if it’s truly based on income then shouldn’t it be gender neutral, I’ve seen women who dont have kids asking 60 percent of what a man is earning when she is earning more than him and most of the time high court judges themselves (includes women mostly in family courts ) have gotten so furious on how frivolous their claims are … next time your making a vedio on political , social and especially legal statements widen ur research , it would be great thanks

Great video by the way… and this did not happen only in the mentioned two scenarios i saw the same thing happening during the kolkata case as well… the whole incident was haunting and as a citizen i felt helpless for the victim clueless what can be done more to prevent such things happening in India … but started seeing posts in social media saying we need laws to refrain boys from coming outside after 10pm in night and covering their eyes should be brought to bring in women safety .. this totally drifted the whole agitation towards another debate and i felt the victim was again left helpless

8:27 pointuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!🫡🔥🔥🔥

We all stand with you ka
Great video 🤝
8:41 Yes i think it maybe relevant to the victim...

enga university la inike full checking i have never seen such checking , ulla na ponathae late but they checked id cards!!!!! people never ever have done these thing in my university only after this incident they are checking everyone hope they keep doing this check forever
Your point is so valid I agree that , no one can speak about university case especially I am also forgot the issue now I realize my mistake
Don’t monetise this serious topic videos. The ads making hella mad when we listening seriously
Monetize panalanaalum ads varum.
I am getting hope .....because I see people commenting down their support for victim ❤ there is little hope left in this world.
You have a Point. about victim. I agree 👍. But do you think we don't?
No.
What we can do? Law is not strict
Even in strict laws in ancient times, our ancestors taught us a solution why? Because human heart is the most unpredictable thing in the world. Why are people advice certain things to do? Because it can save a lot of trouble and minimalise our suffering. Why people blaming the victim ? If that girl is responsible and been disciplined why she have to endure this humiliation? People take it as a bad example to teach other children to be responsible for their honour and dignity. We can only feel sad for that girl's problem! Here nobody cares other than that. If people want to prevent these kind of incidents for their family, they can only do this. It was called prevention.
Bro splitting truth.... But our society is not mature enough to understand this
Good work manichow🔥
Here i want to talk about atul subash case where we can lost a life here which is not acceptable but let's have situation like atul is not dead he is saying these whether people really care about the issues or how fake cases plays a major role literally zero
This is the time we need to talk about issues which is related to this case nobody is gonna hear how alimony affect the person mentally and physically as well in my perspective i don't want to loss another atul subash in this short attention span generation which is needed to addressed immediately I still believe justice delayed is justice denied
Your way of speaking is very mature for your age

Girl...! Thank you for posting this... I now know what to talk and how to talk when some issue of the same kind happens... honestly.. enakkey theriyaama naan situation user ah dhaan irundhurukken.. thanks again for this vide.. from now on.. I can be better😅
So good to guve voice out like this. Pls keep it up..💙
wow manichow is putting resistance video 😁😁😁
The boy take her to the dark and ran than away when criminal appears is the real criminal here , if he can't protect her in a vicious environment he shouldn't have take her rather could have gone to safer and more public places. Its not victim blaming if you could have a chance protect yourself and you still been lethargic there also some fault with you.

While watching this video there's a another case happend 'puneet khurana suicidal'😐😐

People's mind set be like: Punishing the criminal ❌ victim blaming ✅ . This society becoming worst day by day😒😔.(My opinion)
Correct well said💯👌👑
7:35 compulsiveness to fit in a event to “strengthen” their own theory. Seeking validation and giving validation of one’s own theory/principles have been the primary behavior of an individual in any event apart from their personal/professional space. Rather than standing and supporting for the other individual.

Atul subhash visayathula law va criticise pannathu right. Because that's what he himself wanted. Alimony law should be regulated.
😮💨 in this case getting bleming or victim awareness ! the boy run away it's shame do not do that , also the girl believe and go that also do not do .... that's all , if victim have mistake , we need to make sure another victim do not create by repeating the same mistake ...
