Air walks are so hard to perform, moving slowly while tensing up your whole body and making it look easy is hard but it feels so good at the same time. Mesmerizing to watch as usually, and indeed those slowly airwalks looks just amazing given how fluid the movements are yet defy gravity while looking effortless.
No doubt it will require plenty of training to get to the point to make it look almost like look naturally surreal. How often did it happen you had a muscle cramp during those performances?

I use a plant based protein shake and it really helps to recover quicker after a hard workout on the pole! ❤
