Haven't watched either video, haven't dared read the comments before finishing, but I'm dropping this comment on both videos to say I dropped a like and favourite simply for the bits you guys did at the beginning. This shit's intense and emotionally charged already.
Eric Claggett Jr actually, since the symbol on his headband is crossed out, he is a renegade just like the akatsuki members (they all scratched their headbands as well to show their revolting against the nations and them not belonging to these nations anymore), so if anything, the hokage would be his enemy. So if Nexus was his master, this actually makes sense for nappy to come back and take revenge on the village and nation he once belonged to xD
Nappy is a little too into Naruto. Also Nexus got so lucky with those freezes. I never get a freeze off Ice Beam or Ice Punch, let alone ones that last 6 or 7 turns.
Cindy taking "No Chill" to entirely new levels. Her being back on the team was a good luck charm though, seriously. If it wasn't for the Freeze Hacks, Nexus was done early. GG to both guys, a big win for Nappy, now let's see if he tries to get Liability back :P

really? wow, that's so scummy imo. considering the fact that freeze completely immobilizes you, it should have a max counter of like, 4 turns and still have a 20% chance of thawing each turn

I'm sure you probably considered this already but if you bring this set again bring Scald instead of waterfall. i know Has aren't aways gonna happen but you might as well bring the chance to burn as well and it auto defrosts
actually sir, scald is still more popular on a curse set than waterfall. you're not wrong in what you're saying but its SpA is already 10 points higher than its attack so its not a bad option and its more common even on a curse set
You should record the team building session itself instead of just presenting the finalized version of the team post-commentary. I just think that would help people who are trying to get into competitive battling, because they would be able to hear and see the way that competitive veterans such as you and Nexus think and prepare for a battle. Just a thought!
