Karrie I don’t think that there is anything that you can’t do you are the hardiest working women on these videos and they always turn out so nice love your island
Your hard work and determination payed off……it looks very good and it’s what YOU wanted in your home…….I’d be very happy with the outcome if it were in my kitchen……I watch all your videos, and I know how hard you work in your home to make it cozy and comfy for your family…….Thanks so much for sharing with us……take care….see you next time……..❣️😊❣️😊❣️

Almost 200 thousand combined both channels Karrie, fantastic job ! 🎉🎉❤ Now I'm waiting for you to start building a mastersuite room where where the carport is at!
Hey, it wasnt all the same thing- we never heard about Factor in the other videos!! 😄 I could watch all your diys over and over again. Love the island and the paint color you chose for it. Thanks Karrie.
Karrie I think your island turned out beautiful! I know for a fact that when you continue doing projects etc. Yes u do get better because you learn from your mistakes. And I have seen all your videos but I do really appreciate you putting this all into one so much. Thank you and I hope you and yours have awesome weekend And 4th🇺🇸🗯❤️🤍💙🎉
Karrie, Yes!! I think you & Dylan did a fantastic job! I’m loving how the island now pulls from the colors of your new curtains & your painting in the dining room, the greenery on the island. It’s all tied up in a pretty bow. Awesome job!!🙌🏻 Watching from Michigan…Kim
Karrie, I like your island before, however!!!!! It is absolutely beautiful & I really like this so much more. It has a more polished and classy look now. Great job! Your hard work really paid off. 😊❤😊🙏
Dillon is a great helper . I was watching him Calmly waiting for you to do your thing then pour . 😂 thanks for sharing the do’s and donts and I totally agree we get better at DYI’s as we go. Plus, we get to learn from you !👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I love watching your videos. You are amazing so down to earth and a real person. My husband also watches sometimes and says you are silly in a funny way. ❤
First of all Karrie, you look Amazing 🤩 All of your hard work is paying off and it definitely shows. I personally love everything about the kitchen island especially the colors and texture. Well Done Karrie ❤
Hey Karrie, Happy Friday. I love how you went over the whole process of the kitchen island diy project. Also I love how you went over each step that you went through to complete the project. ❤ I like how you explained that all of these diy projects require a lot of patience, hard work, motivation, staying on budget, and dedication. ❤ I love how you said that if there’s anything we want to get out of the paint we need to get it out when it’s 40% dry or it will stay in there. thank you for stating some of the mistakes you have made in this project and things we can do if we are working with a project like this. ❤ What is your favorite part of the kitchen island diy project and what is your least favorite part?
Ha❣️ REALLY good-food makes me dance too!! & I loved how your words, "First Factor Box" synced up with your dance moves!! 😂 Thank you for reminding me to take some, "Me-Time," too!! And, YES, this recap video really helps (I've watched all the previous ones.)!!
I loved the top of the island, but not the drippy side edges at all. You can see it from every angle. Everything else turned out Great! Keep going strong! Well maybe you could sand the drips off and re- epoxy the sides one more time.
Karrie, have you ever used the product, retique it? I have chalk painted end tables and a coffee table, and want to do the tops in a wood stain. This product is supposed to allow you to do that without all the sanding and stripping. I would love your input on this.
Karrie Lynn this kitchen island turned out beautiful!!!! Y’all make me laugh looking so scared pouring and spreading out the epoxy!! I would be scared too though haha. Well you certainly can do anything because even though you had some “happy accidents” along the way the end result turned out amazing!!!! Love it!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yes, I love the way it came out. I have followed you from the beginning, and you never cease to amaze me young lady.❤ have a blessed and safe Fourth of July loves and hugs from me and Otis🐶 Massachusetts🇮🇹
I love all of your projects 💖. Could you please remind me of the paint color you used on the island panels. I painted my kitchen doors a really pale green and I would love to see if it would be a nice contrast in my kitchen. Thanks 👍
This is so interesting I just watched the video where you all built it and tried to match the countertop with your kitchen countertop. Now this video shows a completely different looking countertop and Island in General did you change it again before this video? I feel like I'm missing something
It's too heavy to move unless you really push it. What's great about this is long term if we ever want to remove etc, there's no damage to the tike floor
@@karrielynndo you avoid mopping close to the island or is it safe to mop right up to it? Thanks Karrie for sharing all your projects! Cant wait to try this and the pantry!
The Island is so Pretty great job. But I new it would be. There is nothing you cannot do. Love it. The factor meals may be okay. But living on widow's pension no way I could afford them. They to much for my pocket.
Epoxy is very toxic, a respiratory is needed, btw, if you wait about 3 hours for the epoxy to slightly harden you can easily and smoothly take a stir stick and run it along the edges to take drips away for a smooth finish
She talked about this at the very beginning of the video. I wonder why you even chose to watch it if you had seen it all before. And then, on top of that, you chose to make an unkind comment. Jeez . . .
Can't please everyone. I'm a busy mom, so sometimes I have to get creative and find ways to create content thats informativewith projectsive already done. . As much as I love diys, they are time-consuming and expensive, so thank you to those who understand that video recaps like these will happen from time to time.

Love it! You're a rock star, Karrie!
I love Factor! They have such yummy meal prep!
It turned out great!!
I loved the top of the island, but not the drippy side edges at all. You can see it from every angle. Everything else turned out Great! Keep going strong! Well maybe you could sand the drips off and re- epoxy the sides one more time.
If you keep going around under the cabinets with a stir stick or knife you don’t have to sand the drips off! That’s how the pros do it.
I have patience but this countertop would be so tedious . It turned out so beautiful !!!

I love all of your projects 💖. Could you please remind me of the paint color you used on the island panels. I painted my kitchen doors a really pale green and I would love to see if it would be a nice contrast in my kitchen. Thanks 👍

Nice love it ❤

Nope this is how it looks now. You much be out of order. Dates should show under description box 😄
I love how your island turned out. Great job. But I personally do not like Factor meals lol. I tried them for a while and it wasn’t it for me 😁
Really? My husband and I love them but I feel like you have to love a variety of flavors so totally respect that ❤️
Wish you could come to my house and do some small projects for me..
❤❤❤❤❤
Hi .. just subscribed .. sent over by Little Blessed Nest.
Love Love 🌈🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🌈
Didn’t you already renovate that before? I think some are getting away from the farmhouse phase now.
Hey you are so good Love Rose from New York ❤
I'm referring to the old paint color that you sanded over lol
Ohhh it's pigeon by farrow and ball . Lowes can mix it into Sherwin Williams brand 💓
@@karrielynn thanks again.
Karrie did you nail the island down on the ground initially or how does it not move? Thanks!
It's too heavy to move unless you really push it. What's great about this is long term if we ever want to remove etc, there's no damage to the tike floor

🦋🌹🌺Amazing
Good Job! I love that you just try and do your best. It looks great! Just an FYI… The L in the word caulk is silent. Should be pronounced cock. 😊
Well the way I say it sounds much better I'll stick with the L
is it heat and scratch resistant
No ! All epoxy scratches easily and stains easily too
The Island is so Pretty great job. But I new it would be. There is nothing you cannot do. Love it. The factor meals may be okay. But living on widow's pension no way I could afford them. They to much for my pocket.
Yes they are definitely a splurge but we love them especially my husband he took most of mine to work 🤣
Where are you it’s been Five days are you ok???
Epoxy is very toxic, a respiratory is needed, btw, if you wait about 3 hours for the epoxy to slightly harden you can easily and smoothly take a stir stick and run it along the edges to take drips away for a smooth finish
This is a non toxic epoxy thats why i chose this one. but yes they can definitely be toxic 😊
Great idea instead of concrete!!!
Looks ok, not a fan of the edges, they look like you have made a mistake as they are not smooth.
They are not supposed to be it's called a live edge. 😁 it's exactly what I wanted . Totally understand it's not for everyone though
Karrie,we say all this before. So this was😒😒😕🙄kinda boring!! Sorry!! Hope the next one is good!!😉
