You are a saint. Excellent video. I did the same repair before finding your video, but I wasn't confident enough to make a video like you did. Today I cleaned out the coffee nozzle chamber that is on the front. My coffee was tasting off even after pulled out and cleaned the brew engine by hand. The silver plastic cover unclips from the bottom, sides and top to reveal a small black tank attached to the coffee nozzles. I removed it from the machine and I used a pressure washer to blast the large blobs of congealed coffee slime out of the tank. I then circulated dish washer water through it with a pump for an hour. After that the Q tip rubbed around inside came out clean. Coffee is all better now. I have 12,000 cups brewed and going strong.
Hi Dana can you expand on how to take the front silver plastic off I see what looks to be three holes for screws but the dispenser is blocking even when slid up or down does the front dispencer come off ?
I have put everything back together and for some reason the system would not grind beans and forced me to use ground in the ground slot. Any thoughts on why the grinder would not work after reassembly? I did reconnect the power to it at the front of the system. I tried just replacing the valve and that did not resolve the problem so I have ordered the brew unit. Any thoughts on the grinder are appreciated. And it's super awesome that you took the time to make these video for repair - it is great in helping me at least save the labor repair!
Hi and thanks for the $$$ saving video. Is there any reason why you replaced the whole drive unit, if it was only the valve (00622540) that was broken?
Brilliant video thanks so much would you mind giving me some advice my machine has gone into calc mode I've followed the instructions to descale but when I turn water on in the final step nothing happens could it be that the heating unit is too clogged? is it possible to open it up and clean manually? many thanks
thanks so much again your videos gave me the confidence to strip the machine down again especially without breaking plastics I did a full teardown and cycled cleaning fluid through the heating section ,put all back together and still the same then had a brainwave that it could possibly be the switch took some time to figure out how to remove the front housing ,but fairly simple once you figure it out found that the micro switch on the coffee water steam button had a open loop took it apart and repaired the machine is now cycling through the descaling mode
Thank for this video! If you have ever taken the brew group apart i would like to know if that unit has a spring and washer under the tamp piston? I have taken one apart and think I should but doesnt.
This was an excellent video. One quick question please for anyone on the comments: is there a specific way to put drive coupling back into the brew drive unit? and what is the roll of the drive coupling anyway? thanks
I'm trying not to replace - since they don't make it anymore. May also just be one of the relays and not the whole drive - take it apart & see!! Good luck!!
great video. I replaced the valve in the drive unit but in trying to put the unit back, the drive unit (gears) does not match the brewing unit. Any thoughts on how to rotate the drive unit motor a few degrees forward so that it matches the brewing unit?
Hello, I replaced the drive unit as per your video but my problem remain. One thing is unclear. What is the position of the white piece that goes on the shaft to actuate the plunger? Your re-assembly seem to show it with the flat part on the top in horizontal position, When you dissassemble it seem in a different position.
What is the Brew Drive Replacement part number? - I actually have the in wall TKN68E75UC/03 - but after taking it apart once, I see it's the same inside as your B30. Just don't know where to get the part. Thanks!

Hi did you get your coffee machine fixed?
Excellent videos. I replaced mine two times. In the last one I'm receiving a Close the door message despite the door is closed. Any idea or video?
there is a micro switch in the corner of the door check to see that it's functioning
My father espresso switch doesn’t work. Where can I get a replacement part?
This was an excellent video. One quick question please for anyone on the comments: is there a specific way to put drive coupling back into the brew drive unit? and what is the roll of the drive coupling anyway? thanks
Kaily Bissani Drive coupling moves & hits contacts on relays to activate the brew functions
I have the same problem and this is the 2nd time for my 15 year old Benvenuto B20. Question: How much did the replacement brew drive cost?
Would you just replace the machine at this point, or go ahead and replace the part for the second time?
I'm trying not to replace - since they don't make it anymore. May also just be one of the relays and not the whole drive - take it apart & see!! Good luck!!
Do you have the drive unit part number, the one you replaced ?

Hi Guy - I had it positioned incorrectly at first - when it didn't work, I realigned the position.
Hi were you able to get an explanation on your questions above?
