During this interactive cooking class, I’ll share my simple, step-by-step instructions to handcraft Tortelloni with you. This Italian classic, reminiscent of its smaller cousin tortellini, are delicious pasta pouches generously filled with a mixture of cheese and parsley.
I’ll teach you how to create the perfect pasta dough for any kind of filling and guide you through the process of shaping Tortelloni by folding and pinching squares of pasta sheets. We’ll channel generations of nonnas and dive into the art of making pasta from scratch.
To finish off the dish, we’ll top our Tortelloni with browned butter and toasted walnuts, to balance the softness of the pasta with decadent crunchy bites.
