Kale is great for green smoothies. I like to use kale, spinach, some frozen fruit and banana for sweetness. But you can mix whatever ingredients you like. Try it
You can not eat kale raw, unlike other cabbage types. Treat it more or less like a potato ( you can't eat those raw either ). You can boil kale and mix it with mashed potaoes ( national dish of Holland for ages ), blanch and stirfry them with other yummy veggies to make a quick dinner. Or roast them in the oven and make them crunchy. But beware, kale becomes very "dry" after applying any sort of heat, so you need to have some "lubricant" to make it pleasent to eat :)
That's so funny, at the beginning I think between 0:54- 0:57 I can see Louis in the background :)) it seemed like he wanted to do something wrong and he was taking peeks to see if there is someone watching him or at least that is how I interpreted it :))))
Ooh i recommend you applying a dark nail polish like a dark purple or even black underneath the Tanya Burr nail polish, as I also own a nail polish like that, with dark nail polish underneath, I'm sure it will look a lot prettier :) Btw, I would like to see an updated makeup collection , as I feel like your makeup collection has grown so much more after your old makeup collection has been posted . xx
Raw kale tastes better mixed with other greens. By itself, a massaged kale salad (you literally massage the oil/dressing into the kale) is the best way to eat it raw. It is a bit of an acquired taste. Making it into kale chips, in the oven, is delicious. The taste is much milder. And you can add some raw kale to a fruit smoothie which is a good way to make it more palatable. Love your videos. And adore your cat. He is the cutest ever.

i think you can put kale in smoothies but i usually just cut bananas up and freeze them add peanut butter and vanilla almond milk
