Lithea Villas and Studios by the Sea is located on the bay of Agios Petros in Alonnisos, 8 km away from the port of Patitiri. It offers spacious studios and villas, all with beautiful view and kitchen facilities. The studios are located at sea level and the villas a little higher. The property is accessed via a private road which ends at its free parking.
The parking is located next to the villas and the reception. In order to reach the studios, which are almost next to the beach of the bay, the guests have to walk a stone-made path with some steps that connect them with the parking. This charming complex is built on a private property of 12,000 square meters, which includes fruit and olive trees.
Each studio has a balcony or terrace with a sea or garden view. Towels and bed sheets are changed twice per week. Guests who own private boats can anchor them in the bay.
