When building a Discord server or improving a Discord server, you'll end up needing to use a Discord bot at some point. The features and abilities of Discord bots allow you to take your Discord server to another level. Adding functionality to your Discord server that isn't here natively.
But adding a Discord bot to your Discord server can seem daunting if you've never had to add a Discord bot to a Discord server before. But have no fear, I'll walk you through the whole process in this video so you'll be adding Discord bots to your Discord server like a pro. And to demonstrate this, I'll be showing you one of my favorite Discord bots, MEE6!

how to create a channel in discord in which at the same time everyone can chat with bot privately in same channel.
That would actually be settings on the bot. You can set some bots to reply privately to people.

No, you can use it. Premium is only if you want to customize the look of the messages.

Do you have a recommendation for a MEE6 alternative that's free? A lot of the essentials require premium.
Mee6 is one of the best bots of you can pay for premium or don't need full customization over your options. But my favorite back up is DynoBot. It too has premium options but has more free then Mee6.

Yes, only the owner can add bots, unless they give you direct permissions.
How do I make it where only certain people can talk in certain channels
Create a role for the people you want to talk in those channels. Then, only allow people with that role to talk in the channel you're wanting to restrict.

I don't believe so.
it wont let me unselect any of the tabs for the bots
If it doesn't when you add the bot, you can go into the bots role settings amd change them there once it's in your server.

Not everything. It'll tell you what is premium and what isn't.

I don't think it's every feature. Base features are still free.

all the features I need are now only available if I upgrade. I seriously think Discord is a scam on people. They can't even change your email account for you.
That's not on Discord, that's the bot developers making those decision. Discord is free to use and has a ton of features you can use for free. Discord Nitro only gives you a few quality of life improvements.

I'm not totally sure. I think you have to use a PC to set this all up though.
