Conrad and Belly were so happy back then, before everything around them went dark and sad because they were about to loose Susannah. Can't wair for season 3 and them finding their way back to each other annd all of them repairing their friendships.
I felt so bad for Jeremiah he was all alone . And belly kept staring at him throughout the whole dinner like girl your man is next to you focus on him lol😭

Jere made her feel guilty and uncomfortable that's why she coudln't fully enjoy being with Conrad. The scene after dinner shows how happy and comfortable Conrad and Belly were when Jere wasn't around. Also Jere chose to be all alone, he shut everyone out after that summer. I get that he was hurt, but shutting ppl out and then complaining about how they weren't there for him was a very unfair move.

Everyones saying "Poor Jeremiah" and I'm going to get a LOT of hate comments for this, but I think he's being really unfair. Not to her, I can't stand her, but to Conrad. He's so jealous. Like in S1 he went out of his way to stop Belly and Conrad kissing, when Conrad went to Jere, maturely asking for his approval, Jere then used that against him in a fight infront of Belly, manipulating the whole situation against Conrad. I get he loved her, and she stabbed him in the back and got w his bro. Ive been in a love triangle simillar to that and its awful. But he was so rude to Conrad because they loved each other and they couldnt help that. Or at least he couldn't. I honestly think the main reason y'all stand up for him is becuase he's hot 🔥
Facts
The truth is Conrad chose his relationship with Belly over his relationship with Jeremiah. As much pain as Belly caused Jeremiah, Conrad choosing to be with her after what she did was worse. Jeremiah lost a lot of respect for Conrad after that and Jeremiah is rude to Conrad because he looked up to him and Conrad let him down. He has a lot of resentment towards his brother especially when he is acting cruel to the girl he chose over his own brother. Jeremiah only gave his approval because Conrad said he was in pain but Conrad asking at all was selfish not "mature". Everyone would have been better off if Conrad had put his focus on his brother and his mom instead of being with Belly and imploding because she had no idea how to help him deal with his pain.

@birdie8285 conrad loved her and he couldn't help that. He came home to jere and his mom whenever he could, and he was at College! It wasn't selfish. What would've been selfish is being with her without even checking with Jere. At the end of the day, Jeremiah deliberately tried to sabotage Belly's other relationships multiple times so he could be with her. Conrad went and tried to have a conversation with his bro about how he feels. That's the difference between them. He was there whenever he could be, and being w the girl he loved is not choosing her over Jeremiah
@@urfavsh1teditor Both Conrad and Jeremiah sabotaged Belly's date. Conrad had no idea they were in a relationship to begin with, he thought they were just friends. Belly made it very clear to Conrad that she was using Jeremiah because she didn't think she could have him. Do you really think it's alright that he just shrugged that off and decided to be in a relationship with her anyway. I get he is in love with her but he had to completely ignore the pain she caused his brother to have that relationship. Not saying he wasn't there for his mom, I'm saying he couldn't really be there for his brother when he was part of the reason Jeremiah was in pain in the first place.
