Baby Animals - Ain't Gonna Get - Official Video - 1992
• Baby Animals - Ain't G...
"Ain't Gonna Get" is a song by Australian rock band Baby Animals. It was released in April 1992 as their fifth and final single from their debut studio album "Baby Animals" (1991). The song peaked at number 65 on the ARIA Singles Chart. From one of Australia's Greatest Albums, "Ain't Gonna Get" being the fifth and final single released did not have a music video made, with the song being released a year after the albums first single "Early Warning". Given this video came from ABC's Rage, I am presuming the single was released with this video with the studio recording dubbed over live footage. With thanks to Simon and Nathan, as I forgot to record it.

This was the Baby Animals track metal heads loved.
Wow! Great memories, the best Aussie rock band of the 90's!
The Baby Animals barely had their record out when they were offered a six month support slot for Van Halen through the US. They then got a world tour with Bryan Adams.
They were hardly ever in Australia while their album was number one here for six weeks.
And kept some little known album called 'Nevermind' by 'Nirvana' from ever reaching top spot.
I still have my vinyl. Couldn’t even guess how many times I listened to it back then.
@@zenleto I got the CD. And the GF on the way home from the concert.
I never thought I'd see a reaction for this one. It's my fave Baby Animals song. Great music, but her voice cuts through like a knife! You can understand every work, yet she is a powerhouse!!! Great reaction to a great song.
Another Aussie hard rock classic from this era is 'Better' by The Screaming Jets.
Screaming Jets, Hunters and Collectors, Painters and Dockers, INXS, Cold Chisel... hard to go wrong here.
@@AndyViant Yes, and Choir Boys. All great from the era.
One of the beast live Aussie ROCK bands from that era.
You are just starting to scratch the surface of what they do.
Suzi Demarchi, lead singer of the Baby Animals is married to Nuno Bettencourt of US band Extreme, I think they are called, I have seen Baby Animals at 2 different pub/club settings in Adelaide, Australia and they never fail to really rip it up, top notch Australian band!
One Word and Rush You other great Baby Animals songs.
I saw these guys live in Townsville back in 92 or 93, and they were fu¢πing great.
Another awesome Aussie band in the same vein from around the same time period is The Screaming Jets. I think you guys would dig them, particularly the song "Better”.
Awesome reaction guys I'm proud to be an Aussie We rock so hard Good on you Baby Animals 🇦🇺🇦🇺🤘🤘🤘❤🥰
This band right here are that good, seriously, I've seen them so many times and believe me, they can ROCK! Jesus H Christ on a popsicle stick I love this song... Thankyou 🤟
You guys should do a cover of this one! Would love to see it.
Love to see it in their own style
Dei here. Music got kind of mixed up at the end of the 80's and into the early 90's. I knew of Baby Animals, but they only hit the edge of my radar. I am absolutely loving joining Travis and Suzi in rediscovering something I missed first time around. Pure bliss! :)
Omg a mini-Baby Animals binge. Would two be a binge? Anyway, I loved this band back in the day. I had the biggest crush on Suze deMarchi.
There's a third one but the link isn't public yet for some reason.
@@kjdavis1 bummer. What was the third one, any idea?
Painless
Perth Band from my era. Oh yeah baby. Suzi is hot. Still. Still performing too.
And they are still playing concerts now, 30 years after that video was made.
Just saw the Baby animals last weekend at the Red Hot Summer Tour in Berry NSW Australia. They were great. Suze De Marchi doesn't look like she has aged at all. She was great. I hope their new album is not far off.
Suze DiMarchi, Sarah McLeod and Chrissy Amphlett are Australia's best ever rock chicks.
Kings X and Baby Animals...Two of the most overlooked, underrated bands on the planet! How these two bands didn't find worldwide success is beyond me, if not criminal.
They are actually touring again this year...tickets selling fast.
Plus ‘Working for the enemy’ another good rock tune.
We call them Groodles (Golden Retriever Poodle) hehe. great reaction
Bought a Baby Animals CD in Okinawa Japan in 1991. Lord Jesus. I don't remember what I did with the CD. Gave it away or sold it.🤔🤣🤣 Too much partying as a young Jarhead.
Try some "Screaming Jets"
👍😎👍🇦🇺
Stop the world
Suzi Demarchi was THE female rock singer of her day and super easy on the eye. :)
Would love to see Wolfhunter z do a cover. Absolute 3 minute banger would a sensation live every time . (You know it)
Absolutely!!!!!!!!!!!! The Wolf HunterZ can do that like no other band on the planet. Do it! Do it! Do it!!!!.
Have you done a reaction to Baby Animals “ Rush You”? One of my favourites!
My fave of theirs tbh but I do have "too young to learn too old to listen" tattoo haha
I wanted to be Suze when I was a kid. But she's um... aged very very well. They're touring again.
With good mates of mine the Superjesus. I would say "Shut My Eyes" or "Second Sun" or half my mates are in "St Peter's Lane" ha. Get it!
I've suggested Superjesus to a few reactors. Such a great band. Also another WA band Little Birdy with Relapse does it for me as well.
Hey guys ❤ Ben Harper Fight for your Mind....I know not Aussie🙄😜
If Wolf Hunterz were ever going to do a cover song, that's the one to do. Suzie Q can bang that one out easy.
Been a fan since I was a young teen. They are also from my city Perth. Suze Demarchi is still hot!
Nice one guys!!
🤘
Seriously Suze should ask Suze if she can do a cover
absolutely
Baby animals, loved them for years, probably first cd l bought. Love your reactions…just wondering though if you could react to some more contemporary Aussie music. Amyl and the Sniffers l’ve seen that one and love it but what about King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard ( prolific genre hoping mad geniuses) their harder edge album Infest the Rats Nest is a must listen ( try Planet B)😀
Suzi DeMarchi good friend of my wife, they went to school together
She is still smoking ,
Get her an Aussie dog, a Blue heeler, a real dog.
Love waste of time
Working for the enemy is another great rock song.
Female empowerment 30 years ago....
yeah, but she simped..
