@@gwendolynsnyder463 diona is a cyro support tho but she's damn good, she can heal quite a lot even wid shitty a build like mine- she's an great battery for your cyro charas and she has a sheild too it's pretty okay not as tanky as zhongli but it can still take quite a few hits so all in all she's worth raising ngl

🌸😹I know not many Kaeya enthusiasts, but I would utter of their lot (as I would Amber Mains), they are to be fondly looked upon for they are the embodiment of what it means to “play what one loves rather than meta”l😹🌸
Kaeya is a great sub-dps as for Amber mains, especially those who are maining Amber based on her charged shots. My team comp is usually Amber, Kaeya, Sucrose and Xiangling (for pyro resonance dummy) + it's F2P friendly. With C1 Lvl 90 Amber, R5, Lvl 90 Sharpshooter's oath, 4 set wander's troupe and crowned normal attack, you can do around 20-30K. This DMG output depends on other varying factors. You can probably pull this off with C0 Amber if you have better weapons. Unfortunately I don't and my R1 Prototype bow doesn't do enough DMG.
1. Use Kaeya's skill
2. Use Sucrose's skill (use Thrilling Tales because its passive talents allows DMG to stack)
3. Charge shot the enemy using Amber
Kaeya is such a BEAST. Especially if paired with Barbara. Barbara creates the wet circle, and Kaeya has Cryo abilities. Boom, no more moving enemies, baby! At least not right next to Kaeya. Kaeya is my main DPS. I gave him two Gladiators Finale, and two Bloodstained Chivalry pieces, and Idk of any better artifact combo for him, and sadly, I don't have the Aquila Favonia yet, but Kaeya is a beast considering what I have.
I built my boyfriends C2 Kaeya as I have him C0 and he finally gave in and let me. I then proceeded to school him on why Kaeya is best on a freeze team if he’s a dps(yes made him dps :)) and I also have been scaring him by building on my account Lumine, and Lisa. I’m also going for Amber and Childe. He’s scared and I yeah I know too much about Kaeya as he was my first dps, and until I got xingqiu I used him with Lisa, xiangling and qiqi then I swapped Lisa for xingqiu

Yes, yes I did XD And it actually work really well with physical build too! It gives you some elemental damage so your burst and skill do some dmg too. I think I got him to do 8k first auto attack and ~6-6,5k per icicle during his burst. Kaeya mains are very happy he gets some attention ^^
Mistsplitter for physical build ? Erk....
If you're low lvl you can but at High lvl I hope you can switch weapons.
@@relax2413 I'm well into AR 59 and it does work just fine. The 44 CRIT DMG is universally good. I've tried multiple builds, Jade Cutter and Haran included. Mistsplitter gives you both boost to physical and elemental damage, I don't have Aquila yet but I'm pretty sure it'd do only slightly higher physical damage while way lower cryo dmg so Mistsplitter is probably the best weapon. I'm talking from experience and what I tested. My build is 4pc glad so all I have to do is swap goblet for cryo DMG and bring Chongyun and Shenhe for full cryo.

@@arbensart The Aquila Favonia is better for physical build. That's why you switch weapon buddy. And if you play cryo build in 4p Glad... lmao I can't help but laugh.
It's up to you to loose insane cryo potential.
Saying "it does work" means nothing about optimisation. Because spoiler : 4p lava walker on cryo Kaeya also works, because as long as you have good stats, your character will do good damage. But it does not mean it's well built.

a very proud kaeya main here, atm i have him at c4 and triple crowned but genshin hates me so no jadecutter or mistsplitter his highest record for now is 74k with a single e without any foodbuffs

I had him deal 69420 with his skill once, it was in coop, so I can't replicate that number :')

I personally haven't been keeping much track of his dmg, but he did 116k with food and cryo buff items
I really recommend new players maining kaeya for the early game as he can deal decent damage and u can put him in a freeze or melt team. I have been maining kaeya since day 1 and recently hit 100k with his e without mistsplitter

Me who has both Ayaka and Ayato: Actually I did. But he is kind enough to share it with Ayato.
Tips from Kaeya Mains:
*Most of his damage comes from his burst and the damage ceiling for his freeze build is 2x his physical damage output
*To maximize the damage from his burst, you can walk around enemies in a counterclockwise circle to make sure every icicle hits an enemy
*His best normal attack combo is 2 normal attacks and 1 charged attack
*His best elemental combo is his skill, ultimate, and then skill again :)

i've been using Kaeya as soon as i got him which is well... a little over a year now. You mainly focused on his burst but his "Sneeze" (love that name) btw) is really good as well. I mostly use him with simenawa (been farming the dragonspine domain for more than 4 months now) which is great in freeze teams as both DPS ans support, since one of his passives give extra energy when he freezes an opponent so i dont have any energy issues despite the fact that i mainly focused on getting him Crit Damage (he's C5, thanks to the shop). Overall he's very comfortable and i recommend anyone who's willing to build him to do so, especially for mobile players since he teleports, trust me that makes farming enemy mats so much easier
Why would Varka take all the Cavalry, and leave behind the captain of the Cavalry

probably becuase he wanted to leave his most capable knights behind in case of an attack.
If you read into his lore you'd find out that Kaeya is more useful in the intelligence department to Varka. He left him alongside Jean there to keep Mondstadt in check from the inside and Kaeya seems to be doing so from the shadows where the "Calvary Captain" role is just a cover up. It even makes more sense when you consider he's a Quartermaster, meaning that after Varka and Jean he's in command (it's also mentioned that Jean out of all the Knights trusts Kaeya the most).

All I can say is he's very comfy to play, with his constellations I have his burst always ready off cooldown.
Man, I remember maining physical kaeya back in the early days. I remember doing 20k charged attacks was pretty impressive back then but then ayaka came and she could do it effortlessly… he’s a freeze support now

Yes as a kaeya main, I actually DID pull for mistsplitter just for kaeya. i dont even have ayaka or any other dps sword characters i did it for him
If your going to do a normal attack with Kaeya, it’s better to attack twice, charge attack, and repeat. This is because his third attack is slow and doing this will reset it and allow you to cause more damage faster. I saw this is a different video.

I have started playing Genshin since the beginning of this April. And now at AR 39 , Kaeya is still my main. I didn't pull for characters that much but even if I get my desired ones in the future, he would still be in my team. And obviously, thank you for the guide, I was confused about the artifacts.

running triple crowned physical c5 kaeya and he's just really comfortable to play!! even when not built for it, he still deals really respectable cryo damage and paired with shinobu he is great in superconduct. not only that, he has the highest multipliers on his base attack! he's pretty good in freeze as well and i pulled mistsplitter for him! i do recommend him very much for early game

You should try reverse melt kaeya with Rosa and xiangling/Kazuha. This team is super fun with quickswap e and q and does respectable damage

Only bought one his constellations and the rest are super lucky pulls from both banners and now im starting to build him
he was the first character I built back when I realized that each character doesn't have just a specific set they can use and I really really needed that because I didn't know what the hell the stats do since I've only ever played mobile games like subway surfer, geometry dash, 2048 and the only pc games I play don't require me to build my character, minecraft is just armour, weapon and potions, fable anniversary is only weapon and armour. Plus the game mechanics differ greatly from anything I've ever played so I didn't know what ER was or Crit or EM or ATK or DEF, so while yes he is a simple character, people who don't know how the game mechanics work will need this and it's not just the beginners, I've met high AR players who don't know what all these stats mean
I think youjust forgot to mention Lion's Roar for Rev Melt teams with Kaeya, the passive is pretty good for him.

I am a physical kaeya main for more than a year now with 68/177 ratio (2 pc bloodstained and 2 pc pale flame) and recently I farmed the cryo domain just for him and got a 2pc set only since I'm not that lucky on that domain. I have 70/204 ratio with it. I also built xingqiu, rosaria and chongyun for the freeze and melt team for kaeya but this is where I've realized that I like spamming his NA (physical) than his NA (cryo).
My highest melt (only reaction) on him was 70k and it was pretty insane. I was in awe and forced myself to play it since I like seeing my fav character hitting this and that dmg. But at the end of the day, I grew tired of it and just switched to my usual superconduct/physical team with him wherein he can hit 10-15k physical with superconduct.
Right now, I'm trying to 4 pc pale flame him (need one more piece) and I'm also get Mitsplitter for him. He's so spoiled lmao but its my choice. I'm also building Yunjin for her buff in NA which (i think) is a great help on Kaeya....or is it? I need some advice on this lmao. But yeah. Overall, he's freaking solid in either freeze, melt or superconduct comp

i didn't plan to use Kaeya long-term but I just did not pull ANY characters that were meant to be DPS (not even Razor) for so long that by the time I got someone around like A40-ish?, Kaeya was already solidified as my main DPS. I also maxed his friendship during that time so I just became very biased and now people can try and pull my DPS Kaeya from my cold dead hands.
Regardless, I enjoy Kaeya guides cuz as my roster grows I'm always wanting to try and plan new ideas/teams/builds to make him stronger

for phys kaeya best artifact set is the gladiator one. pale flame is good too
also kaeya works surprisingly good wearing pyro artifacts with c6 bennett.
p.s. i main him since day1 and im ar57. he is very versatile and fun to play with. i really hope that more abd more players will see his potential and work with it!!😭💕
My Kaeya in reverse melt team can do kinda good dmg. His element skill can crit to 114k dmg and his burst can do 12~15k dmg per icicle. Beside his simple play style makes me feel comfortable while doing Spiral abyss (i also like Itto and Ayato play style too)
And for freeze team oh boi that's so satisfying
the constellations part made me contemplate my failed attempts to get gorou. I have c1 Itto and im not proud of it....

I like the fact he has the highest scaling for normal attacks for the sword characters....which is why i triple crowned him eheheheh. Shame his shield sucks in activation and strength
I’ve got a physical kaeya build but somehow got a decent amount of EM on his artifacts, so his charged attacks when they crit do 18k but I did a 30k melt the other day. Not sure where the math comes out but I definitely spoil this mans a lot.
