I used to get 3 or less hours of sleep bc my mind would be occupied with things i needed to accomplish the next day. When i started listening to this two years ago, i would picture myself on the beach and i would fall asleep and stay asleep. I’m so thankful for this!!

For everyone out there looking at this video and trying to find entertainment, it's meant for us to close our eyes and soak up the sun and feel the breeze on us, smell the air, and just listen to the waves as they pass us by from right to left or the other way. So how do I know this? Well, I'm totally blind. Please don't spoil it with talk of terrorists and such things which we're just dying, uh, trying to escape. I can almost smell the salt in the air. Sunscreen anyone?

This is exactly what my beach sounds like. The Gulf doesn't really have waves just the lapping at the shore. I fall asleep every time I try to kick back in my chair. Best sleep ever.
